Limnaria Gardens is a beautiful apartment complex built in 2006/2007 with a large garden and pool facilities for the whole family. It is located in the historic town of Paphos only 5 minutes walk from all the facilities you need during your vacation. Allthough very centrally located, the area is quiet and peaceful and allows you to enjoy beachlife, visit historic sites and have romantic dinners in excellent harbour restaurants. Local markets offering Cyprus specialities are close by.

Apartment 201 benefits from a large swimming pool, a special shallow water children's pool, a jacuzzi located in a beautiful garden that can be overlooked from a spacious balcony in the late afternoon sun. It is fully equipped for 6 adults with 3 double bedrooms. The dining area is close to an open fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is spacious enough for 6 people to dine.

The apartment has an open kitchen solution in the dining area. The living area has access to a westward balcony overlooking the garden and pool with sunlight until the evening. All 3 bedrooms are located in a quiet sleeping section separated by an extra door from the living area and sharing a bathroom. A separate toilet is located in the living area section.

The furniture is of high quality in Cyprus style. All windows have blinds to protect furniture from the sun in the daytime and to assure good night sleep. There are ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living rooms.

Further details outdoors:
The garden and pool area is beautiful and offer excellent recreational opportunities. An apartment complex social club is planned in this area, but has not yet opened.

However, Limnaria Garden residents have access to the neigboring Limnaria Club House and Tennis Courts.The Limnaria shopping arcade is also available nearby with different stores including grocery and fruit/vegetable markets. There are also restaurants in the Limnaria complex.

- Welcome pack providing essential information regarding emergency contacts, the apartment, places of
interests, where to eat and drink etc.

The Paphos region

Paphos is the oldest town in Cyprus and often referred to as "Cyprus forgotten pearl". It offers a unique small town athmosphere, a good climate in combination with great archeological buildings and sites. The picturesque town is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and oderous citrus trees.

The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and natur heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts; the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour, beach promenade and small shops.

The climate in the area is maybe the best in the mediterranean. Bananas are grown in the Paphos area as the only place in Europe. The average temperature is high as 17 degree C in January and February.

2. Alternatively, fly to Larnaca International Airport (other airlines)
3. From Paphos International Airport it is only 15 minutes drive (taxi) to the apartment.
4. From Larnaca International Airport it is approximately 90 minutes drive (taxi/rental car)
