Home description
Plenty of homely comforts are provided for your a relaxing holiday. These include a fully fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven, hob and microwave. Air conditioning to bedroom and living room. An open plan dining area with table and chairs seating 4. Large lounge with 2 (1 recently new)sofa beds and 2 arm chairs complete with TV, DVD & DVDs. The luxury bedroom has a double bed, with generous fitted wardrobe space c/w electronic safe and dressing table. The sofa beds sleep’s 2 additional persons. The spacious balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and lounge and is complete with patio table, 4 chairs. The apartment also has 2 distinctive sun loungers, purely for the apts use. For swimming, sunbathing and relaxing there is 2 wonderfully large, attractive and safe swimming pools, complete with large 800sqm terrace’s with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside showers to cool down. This is a very private, immaculately maintained and quite development. Our friendly and helpful local representative is on call 24 hours a day, to ensure that your holiday is completely stress free.

The Paphos District
Paphos beaches, seafront and harbour are all within a comfortable 25 minute walk or short 10 minute drive. The must vsit Coral Bay beach is a 30 minute drive or an easy bus ride from Paphos seafront. Many tourists now travel to Cyprus for golf. Conditions are superb all year round and although it gets a little hot in the height of summer, autumn and winter daytime temperature’s rarely falls below about 16 degrees centigrade. There are now three superb 18 hole golf courses within easy reach of our apartment.

A full range of water sports which include, speedboat hire, banana rides etc are all available at either beaches. The picturesque Paphos harbour which is lined with an affordable variety of fish/meat tavernas is located at the end of the seafront and next to one off Paphos many attractions, the spectacular archilogical site and Mosaics
How to get there
Travel
The apartment is located just 15 minutes from Paphos airport and is easy reahed by car or taxi. If finding a flight is a problem, why not fly to Larnaca airport which is a pleasant 1 hour 30 minute drive. A car is not essential, but why not be more adventurous and explore many of the gems the island has to offer. Many do not realise that the Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as us and drive right hand drive cars. The roads ar excellent, signs are in Cypriot and English and some traffic lights are as the UK complete with the little Green and Red man. Either way there's loads to see and do. Buses also run freequant along the seafront and make many attractions easily accessible.

As mentioned previously cots and high chairs are available for rental at additional cost. This apartment is ideal for adults and children.

Unfortunately due to no lift and being on the first floor the apartment is Wheelchair inaccessible.
Our friendly local representative who lives locally is on call 24hrs for any problems. Apartment 115 is on the first floor overlooking the pool with a dual balcony.

For all bookings of 2 weeks or more a change of linen will be provided after 1 week. Normal check in times are 2pm and check out times are 12 noon.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A £100 security deposit must be paid with the balance, this is not cashed and is refundable if there is no damage or losses.

January - My wife and I have just returned from a tiring 4 day trip to set the apartment up ready for the coming season. With lots of shopping for new goods including bedding, mattress, towels, electrical goods etc etc, the apartment looks great. With clear blue, cloudless skies and 66-70 degree heat, I can assure you we did not want to come home. To all those who venture to apartment this year, enjoy.
Various family have been back on a few occasions since Jan 07 and the apt both internal and external have been decorated throughout as recent as July 08. Also new sunbeds, additional sofa bed should all add to what is already a wonderful apartment.
