The double and twin bedrooms plus cot are ideal for families and the kitchenette/dining area has all you need for a family breakfast/dinner. There is A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Sunloungers to use at the house.
There are books and games for all ages to enjoy. The DVD player allows you to enjoy your own selection of films. The Sat TV has a selection of channels in English for children and adults.
If you like eating alfresco then the patio area is ideally situated with table and chairs and looks onto the pool and gardens.
The pool area has sunbeds and toilet, shower and changing facilities. It provides a quiet and relaxed area.
A 10-15 minute walk will take you to all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and harbour area.
There are many things to do and see so you can take it as easy as you want or make it as exhilarating as you wish.

The windows all have shutters which provide shade and added security.
The Z beds cater for 2 more people if there is a group of 5/6.
The double bedroom has a balcony which overlooks onto the pool and gardens.
The kitchen is fully fitted with white appliances, utensils and crockery.
There is a downstairs WC and the townhouse is tiled throughout.
There is A/C and ceiling fans in each room.
All linen and towels are included.
Our lovely property representatives are on hand if you require any assistance during your stay.
During the winter period gas heating is provided.
Long term and winter lets are available. Please ask.

The gardens are immaculately kept by the communal gardeners and the pool is cleaned on a regularly basis.
Palm trees and shrubs beautifully surround the pool area and there is also a toddler pool.
Many of the townhouses and apartments are privately owned so the area is not bustling with people therefore providing a more relaxed and enjoyable stay.
If there are any problems within the townhouse or any other queries then our rep will be on hand.

The prices for rental for a group of 5/6 people is £50 per person per week extra than the group of 4 people (see rental table for 6).
The Paphos region
Paphos is a place of sun, sand and beauty. The climate is guaranteed for at least 9 months of the year.
There are several beaches to choose from such as Kato Paphos or Coral Bay and there are many historic churches and monasteries which you can visit, it has archaeological sites, wineries, plantations and the well known Aphrodites birthplace.
Paradise Gardens is well situated to access all amenities. You can go left or right from the complex and reach any amount of restaurants, shops and kiosks.
The area has a very good and affordable bus service that can take you to many places without the need for a car.
The harbour area provides many excursions and watersports and has a variety of fish restaurants and cafes. From the harbour it leads you to the promenade area where you have a vast amount of shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, banks, car hire and supermarket.
The archaeological site is close by and the Tombs of the Kings can be reached by a short bus ride. The regular buses can also take you to the other parts of Kato Paphos such as market places, town centre and to various attractions such as the bird centre, paphos zoo, waterparks and other village areas.
The Birthplace of Aphrodite(The Goddess of Love) is one to be seen by all as well as Aphrodites Waterfall.
For golfing enthusiasts there are at least 3 golf courses that can be accessed:- Minith Hills, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
For walkers, hikers, cyclists there are safe recognised routes along the beach front and up towards the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains (the mountains are ideal in winter for skiing).

Great location, complex is clean and tidy as is the lovely accommodation, close to harbour and all amenities. Plenty of shops 5 minutes away from complex, swimming pool was well used by us as weather was very good, always clean we had no problems at all with the complex or the accommodation. The Taxi driver arranged by Jas was very helpful and directed us to all shops in area when he dropped us off, very helpful. Hopefully we intend to have a long term stay there in the very near future.

This is my second visit to Paphos but first visit to Sienna Palm. Travelled with my husband, 17year old daughter and her friend. We stayed in a two bedroom townhouse, which i booked through the owner, Jas.She couldnt have been more helpful, txting me with all the details and booked a taxi from and to the airport. Its a bit cheaper to do it this way. The house was very clean and spacious,good size living area,kitchen and small toilet downstairs, which came in really handy when my husband couldnt get near the toilet upstairs for the girls.Loads of room in both bedrooms, balcony off the main bedroom overlooks the pool, which was a reasonable size. Also pool was directly off your patio area. Beds were very comfortable. Ten minute walk to bars and restaurants., which are still quite busy with a mix of age groups. I love this area at this time of year, looking forward to going back next year.

Very nice two bedroom townhouse on a clean,quiet complex with amazing pool. From the pre-arranged taxi picking us up the holiday and service was great. The house was clean and well equipped with outside space. All the amenities of Paphos were in walking distance with several good restaurants very close.We will def go back again,excellent value for money and the owner,Jas was extremely helpful.
