With cheap Easyjet flights now from Bristol, Edinburgh, Gatwick , Stanstead, Luton, Manchester & Jet2 flights from East Midlands & Newcastle & many other places, it is more accessible.
Sunisland is a small complex of modern apartments, situated in a very desirable area of the Universal district of Kato Paphos, yet only a short walk from the many busy shops, bars, restaurants & other amenities. The whole surrounding area is a level walking plain. There are two kiosks next door, also DVD rental shop, taxi & car rental within a 100yd walk. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday or for those of you wanting to be close to all amenities as The Beaches, Golf & Driving Range, Karting, Paintballing, Bowling, Aqua Park, Luna Park & Watersports are all close by.
Local Bus Service available with pick up point outside the apartment.
**The lounge area has patio doors leading to the spacious furnished balcony with with sunbeds & sea views. It also overlooks the communal area, gardens & pools. It is tastefully furnished with 2 settees which convert easily into comfortable double beds. There is also sky TV (standard UK & many freeview channels available) & DVD player,as well as a selection of DVDs, CDs books, playing cards & several games provided.
**The open plan kitchen/dining area, which opens onto the private gated terrace at the rear, is fully equipped with everything needed to cater for a large family, including a washing machine , there is also a fresh supply of drinking water via a separate tap . A breakfast bar with stools is an addition to table & chairs to seat eight.
**The master bedroom with views sea views has twin beds & fitted wardrobes & cupboards with ample storage space. A safe is installed & there is also a fully tiled en suite shower room.
**The main bathroom is fully tiled with full length bath & shower.
**The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes also with cupboards & ample storage space. The patio doors lead to the rear terrace, which is privately gated & has mountain views.

The Paphos region


This is an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 59 degrees in the winter, rising to an average of 90 degrees in the summer, being ideal for sun worshippers & water sports.
The history dates back to 8000 years BC & there are many places of historical & archaeological interest!
This is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Beauty & Love. Many churches contain priceless icons & frescoes, and these are well worth seeking out.
The Troodos Mountains rear up to 1,951 metres above sea level at Mount Olympus.
The Kato Paphos / Universal District area
Paphos is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats & pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo & the Pyramids can be arranged from here.
Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley.
The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski & snowboard in the morning & go down to the beach for the afternoon., to enjoy the water sports which include water skiing, scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding. The Aqua Park, Karting & Paint-Balling are less than 15 minutes away.
There are 3 golf courses within a short driving distance + a Driving Range. Ten Pin Bowling
Jeep Safaris are available to the mountains.
Restaurants are plentiful & cater for everyone.
There are many internet cafes in the area, although there is secure wireless internet available in the apartment.

Just returned from 11 nights at Sunisland with my elderly Mum. The apartment is very nicely presented with everything there that you'd require - if you've forgotten something, Andrea will have it there for you. Great having the front and rear balconies plus the roof terrace for sunbathing. The welcome pack was great for a flying start to the holiday. Also Andreas communication was first class. The only slight negative was close proximity to a quite busy road and not a particularly attractive outlook but we got used to both of these things. Would recommend. Response: Thankyou for your positive review. My guests are always top priority, I therefore think good communication is important. The traffic unfortunately has increased during the past few years, due to the popularity of the area, but is still much quieter than the sea front, however, I like to think the apartment makes up for the negative. |

Excellent communication with the owner from the initial booking and during our month long stay. This spacious apartment is very well cared for and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the attention to detail, cleanliness, welcome pack and wi-fi. The two welcome books provide not only essential information & emergency contact details but a wide range of useful information about local amenities, most of which are within easy walking distance. Although we didnt use it (because the weather wasnt great) the pool and surrounding area is well maintained, clean and safe. We highly recommend this apartment as being suitable for all age groups.
