Fully furnished throughout the Master bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite bathroom with shower and there are two further bedrooms with twin beds. The main bathroom has a bath/shower and down stairs there is a separate toilet. Our Villa in the Alina development makes a great choice for you to spend your vacation.
With front terrace and rear terrace/garden you can relax in sun or shade depending on the time of day. The villa has garden furniture to enable you to relax while the family play in the pool. Why not after a busy day at the beach come home and have a bbq while you relax in the evening.
For those who do not wish just to spend the sun filled days while they lounge on terrace, the villa is in an ideal location for you to explore the surrounding area

The Paphos region
Paphos is the largest and capital town of the western region of Cyprus. There are a number of beaches and sandy bays around the town. Maybe the best known beach in the area is Coral Bay, which is a short drive of approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the apartment.
Paphos is an ideal location for an all year round holiday destination, with over 340 days of sunshine a year
The Kato Paphos / Universal area
The Universal district is located in Kato Paphos with is approximately two miles from the center of Paphos town.
Kato Paphos is the site of the ancient harbour and fort. The amphitheatre at the harbour is used for concerts and performances.

No cash is accepted upon arrival for the cost of the holiday.
Upon confirming a reservation the guest will be sent a Booking and Authorisation Form which is required to be completed and returned prior to receiving the arrival information.
A 30% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of confirming the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
There will also be a refundable damage deposit of €200 which will be due on arrival.
