Paradise Gardens 3 is a 'resort residence' located within a quiet area of Kato Paphos. The apartment complex boasts it's own large pool, fringed with established palm trees and is just 5 minutes walk away from quality restaurants and bars. Our one bedroom apartment offers bright spacious and stylishly furnished accommodation, complete with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The bedroom accommodates a comfortable king size bed with matching bedside cabinets and there is plenty of storage space available in the fully fitted wardrobes. The bathroom comprises of WC, wash basin, bath and shower over the bath, with the additional benefit of having a pressuried water system installed, to ensure sufficient water is pumped through the shower. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate two double sofa beds, televsion, DVD & CD player, plus a DVD library, handy for when you want a quiet night in. The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Our apartment also has is own large private balcony with limited mountain views and is an ideal place to cool off with a glass of your favourite tipple after taking in the days hot sun shine.

The Paphos District
As well as Paphos being a well known tourist resort it's also steeped in history. Head for the harbour area and not only will you find a array of fantastic fish restaurants but also Paphos Castle originally built by the Byzantine's as a fort to protect the harbour. You will also find the ancient Mosiacs in this area which is an amazing site to visit.
Kato Paphos / Paradise Gardens area
The local maket is a great place to buy fresh locally produced fruit , vegetables and hand made lace products. You can catch a bus just down the road from our apartment which will take you up to the market place for just 60 cents, go early though as on some days the market will close about lunch time. There are lots of other places of interest in and around Paphos, The Baths of Aphrodite where the goddess of love used to bathe, The Tombs of the Kings, Petra Tou Romiou where according to legend Aphrodite rose from this beautiful site.
How to get there
The apartment is ideally located wthin a 15 drive from Paphos airport. Many airlines / tour operators fly direct to Paphos, however flight prices will vary the average being £240 to the cheapest at £110 return, so shop around.
Hiring a car is not essential as the tourist area is within easy walking distance of the apartment but should you wish to explore more of the traditional Cyprus then car hire rates are reasonable, please try the following website.

Taxi's are also readily available directly outside of the airport. The fare to Paradise Gardens is approximately 35 Euros.

Further details indoors: The bedroom window has fitted shutters and large bedside table lamps. A full size ironing board is located in one of the bedroom wardrobes. In the living area there is a large coffee table plus a nest of tables with a large table lamp. The table & chairs are located on the balcony, perfect for Al fresco dining. The apartment also has it's own personal safe, ideal for locking away your valuables. The apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm and has two fire extinguishers for your safety A First Aid box is located in the one of the kitchen drawers A 'pay as you go' mobile phone is also available to guests upon request. There are also two personal sunbeds located in the apartment for guests to use

Paradise in Paphos is perfect....accommodation perfect, immaculately clean and had everything we needed, a real home from home. Location perfect, we hired bikes and went off the beaten track, walked into the town, found fantastic restaurants. All I can say is thanks for helping make our holiday perfect.
