About the home

Luxurious apartment located in sought after area sleep 4 with a spacious patio providing wonderful views of the surrounding Cypriot countryside and inviting swimming pool. This property is perfect for holiday makers of all ages and has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, safe, satellite TV, DVD and music centre.

Within a 10 minute walk of shops, bars, restaurants and the ancient historic harbour, and medieval castle and UNESCO's archaeological park. A welcome pack is provided with our compliments having orange juice, water,milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, eggs, & bacon if you would like to add something special at an extra cost please ask.

We can arrange taxi to collect you at the airport & also hire cars at discounted prices. When you arrive at the apartment you will be welcomed by our representative from Cyprus Sands who will show you around & give you helpful advice. We also offer a 24 hour 7 days a week Emergency phone contact for your stay in Cyprus.

When you arrive at the apartment you will be welcomed by our Representative from Cyprus Sands who will be
English-speaking & on hand to answer any questions 24 hours per day.

A welcome pack is with our compliments having milk, tea, sugar, water, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, eggs & bacon or Pizza, sunflower oil, Toilet rolls. Please let me know if there are any dietary specifications to be aware of. Specific grocery packs and special requests can also be arranged.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required eight weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking

The final balance is due eight weeks before arrival date .
