It has Sky Satellite TV, beautifully landscaped gardens, a secluded roof terrace, 3 bathrooms and is a short walk from the tourist area of Kato Paphos.
The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together.

The relaxing air-conditioned lounge is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed, two-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and two occasional tables. Sliding doors open onto the patio that is furnished with a table, four chairs and a parasol. It provides direct access to the pool, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The dining area has a large pine table, which comfortably seats six people and is perfect for formal and informal dining.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster and kettle. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied for guests wishing to eat in.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and table lamps. The twin and double bedrooms are on the first floor and the double has a full-width balcony overlooking the pool that is furnished with a table and chairs. With the second floor all to itself, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and private roof terrace that is furnished with four sun loungers, two chairs and a table. There is also an airbed for children, which is particularly handy if you have a young child who you want to sleep in the same room as you.
The first floor family bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a shower and WC on the ground floor and an en-suite shower room on the second floor.
The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside showers and sun loungers. In addition, there are four sun loungers provided for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Villa.
Additional features of the property include a television with Sky Satellite TV and digital radio, DVD player, CD player, games cupboard, laundry airer, washing basket, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in each bedroom. There is also a comprehensive information pack in the villa containing maps, bus timetable, details of supermarkets and restaurants etc. plus several Paphos guide books to enable you to get the most out of your holiday.
For additional security, the villa is fitted with aluminium shutters, two smoke alarms and a safe.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. If you need a travel cot or high chair, these can be provided free of charge on request.
There is a mini-market and snack bar at the entrance to the complex, a 2-minute walk from the villa. The seafront is a 15-minute walk and the bars and restaurants are 10 minutes away. The complex is a 15-minute taxi drive from Paphos airport.

The large shared pool, which is the focal point of the complex, is perfectly placed beside the patio, making it particularly suitable for families with children. You can quite safely sip coffee on the patio whilst keeping a watchful eye on the children playing in the pool; we chose this particular property because of its close proximity to the pool.
Due to the heat of the sun, the pool is always warm during the summer months. It is for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests and is beautifully illuminated at night, making it ideal for those moonlit swims.
An attractive, crazy-paved sunbathing terrace, with sunbeds and parasols surrounds the pool and provides the perfect place for a lazy, relaxing day, soaking up the sun.
The landscaped gardens and lawned areas are well maintained and planted with palm trees and colourful shrubs.
Open countryside is beyond the gardens.

The cost per week is for the villa and not per person. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week (i.e. £100.00 for one week, £200.00 for two weeks, etc.) is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected.

Beautiful countryside, a cosmopolitan resort, great beaches, excellent nightlife, historical sites, as well as numerous sporting activities, the Paphos region is a corner of Cyprus that can cater for all your needs.
Guaranteed sunshine almost every day of the year is just one of the reasons why you should choose Paphos to indulge in your favourite pastimes, while at the same time relaxing and enjoying all that is on offer. There is a myriad of sporting activities available from mini golf and go karting to watersports and hiking.
And since leisure activities do not mean the same thing to everyone, Paphos also offers other ways to indulge you.
If shopping is your idea of a fun day out, the bustling shopping centres have everything from local handicrafts to designer labels. If an excellent nightlife is more your scene, enjoy a drink or a meal at the numerous bars and restaurants, or dance the night away at one of the many nightclubs. And if all this sounds too exhausting, you can just put your feet up and relax by the pool.
Paphos has something for everyone at any time of year, whether you are a sunseeker, explorer or someone looking for a relaxing holiday with superb scenery.

The Kato Paphos / Paradise Gardens area
Paphos is a relatively small town compared to other European towns and cities and getting around is simple and easy.
Most of the popular attractions are within easy walking distance of the villa and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay and the old town. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the villa.
Private taxis are safe, reliable and inexpensive. Most taxis in Cyprus are Mercedes and these can be hailed in the street or picked up at one of the many taxi stands around the resort.
Hiring a car gives you the freedom to explore the whole island at your own pace. It is competitively priced and the cost of fuel is almost half that of the UK.
There is a comprehensive information folder in the villa giving details of the bus timetable, maps showing where to catch the bus, telephone numbers of local taxi firms and details of local companies offering car hire and excursions etc.

Direct flights to Cyprus depart from most UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. The flight time is just over 4 hours, but remember to reset your watch on arrival, as Cyprus is always 2 hours ahead of UK time.
The nearest airport is Paphos Airport, which is only 15km (9 miles) from the villa. The journey takes less than 20 minutes. Larnaca Airport is approximately 142km (88 miles) away and the transfer time is about an hour and a half.
Flight prices vary considerably depending on the time of year you travel, so it's a good idea to shop around. Generally speaking, the earlier you book, the cheaper your flights will be. We live in Hertfordshire and usually fly from Stansted or Luton and have found that Easy Jet, First Choice and Thomson usually offer the best deals. If Gatwick is your local airport, try Easy Jet.

Paradise Villa in Paphos is available to rent all year round.
We accept bookings commencing any day of the week; it does not have to be on a certain day, for example Saturday to Saturday. This can help when booking flights, which can be more expensive at weekends.
Any number of nights can be booked (minimum stay 3 nights), it's not restricted to 7 or 14. Check in time is 3pm, but if you arrive before this time, you are welcome to use the complex facilities, e.g. pool and sunbeds. Check out time on the day of departure is 11am.
