The apartment is situated on the second floor of the brand new development of Limnaria Gardens. The development has a large free-form swimming pool, adjoined Jacuzzi, plenty of paved area and well-planted gardens around the pool for sunbathing. The apartment is positioned on the inside of the development, which provides extra piece and quiet with views over the swimming pool and gardens. What makes this development extra special is not only the proximity to everything you need for an easy relaxing holiday, it is that it is also very peaceful day and night. The development is located in the heart of Kato Paphos. From here you are a few minutes walk from all the facilities that the area has to offer. The municipal beach (Blue Flag) is a short walk; all the restaurants and bars are within a short walk and also is the harbour and castle. The Mosaics can also be reached from here on foot as is the Old Town. A car is not needed in this location, buses also run regularly to take you out of town if you require. There is plenty of parking however if you choose to hire a car, so you can explore large parts of the island, take day trips out to the Troodos Mountains or go for a round of golf at one of three golf courses in the area.

The Paphos District
Renowned worldwide as the legendary birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite, the Paphos region is coloured by history - sites of both cultural and major historical interest make it part of UNESCO's World Heritage programme of cultural and natural treasures. In this region you will find historical places of interest such as the Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodite’s Birthplace, Falls of the Adonis, the Church of St. Neophytes, the Byzantine museum housing some of the oldest recorded Icons to name but a few.
It is worth hiring a car during your stay to see the whole region of Paphos. The Baths of Aphrodite are situated on the northern coast of the Paphos region near the town of Polis, and the Akamas Peninsular is well worth a visit for its walks and scenery as well as some little beaches that you’ll probably have to yourself all day. There are some very nice drives and walks in the region, especially up to the Troodos Mountains, so I doubt you’ll ever struggle to find anything to do. In this region you will find the islands only golf courses, all 3 of them are within about 20 minutes drive of the apartments. There is also a water park, diving schools and go-karts in this area.
Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area
Paphos Town and Kato Paphos is where all the action is. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and discos that cater for all tastes and budgets. There is a harbour and castle in Kato Paphos is also in this area and is lined with fish restaurants and coffee shops. The famous mosaics and other places of historical significance are also around this area.
How to get there
Many Charter airlines fly in to Paphos throughout the year as well as BA.
Monarch have recently announced low cost flights in to Larnaca which, although is a 90 minute drive, could save a few pounds on the cost of a holiday.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find. There is a washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and fridge-freezer. The modern dining area contains a table with 4 chairs. The living area is tastefully furnished with a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa bed. There is also a television and DVD player. The living area leads onto the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Patio furniture is provided including a table and 4 chairs and 2 sun beds with a parasol. Further sun beds and parasols are available on the poolside; there are also poolside showers available. The bedroom contains two single beds with orthopaedic mattresses and is well equipped with linen and towels (excluding beach towels) that are included in the rental price. A radio alarm clock is provided and a hair-dryer as is an iron/ironing board for your convenience. The modern bathroom is fully tiled and contains a shower over bath with curtain, toilet and large washbasin.
Further details outdoors: There is plenty of parking available on the development if you choose to rent a car for a few days out to explore further afield. Tennis Courts are available at the nearby Limnaria Gardens Hotel (Owned by the developer) Lifts and stairs are used to access the second floor.
