Limnaria Gardens is an outstanding new complex with superb facilities. It is located right in the centre of Paphos, just a five minute walk from the main bar/restaurant area. The beach is even closer! Quite possibly the best location in the whole of Cyprus! Limnaria Gardens has one of the largest swimming pools in Paphos with designated areas for sunbathing, a great jacuzzi and a children's pool. Parking is good and readily available. This property is a first floor apartment with good access to Paphos and a large balcony with furniture. Holiday makers will also have access to the Paphos Gardens resort, which is less than a two minutes walk away. Paphos Gardens plays host to regular evening entertainment, has extra swimming pools (as well as an indoor pool) and has a mini-supermarket. The apartment is brand new and is comfortable and airy. It has a large balcony which is shaded. With one double bed and one double sofa bed, the apartment is just perfect for families.

The Paphos District
Paphos is a holiday maker's paradise and has something for everyone. The weather is sunny almost all year round and the people go out of their way to be friendly. They even drive on the left! Eating out can be different every evening from Greek dishes to Mediterranean flavours to Middle Eastern spices. Fast food restaurants are also close by for those picky kids! Some bars/restaurants have nightly entertainment whereas others allow you to relax and soak up the atmosphere on those balmy evenings. Beaches are in abundance, the Troodos Mountains are close by - take your pick! There are lots of activities available for children and adults alike. The Pahos Aquarium is a short walk away and the famous mosaics are also close by. Water sports are popular, but if this all sounds too active, you might want to sample some of the wineries around the region.
Kato Paphos / Limnaria Gardens area
Coral Bay is just a fifteen minute drive away and there are so many lovely beaches for you to sample both there and in Paphos. Pottery shops decorate the neighbourhood, just waiting for you to find something you like! In the winter months, skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains. Polis & Latchi Drive to the furthest West tip of Paphos and hike around the Aphrodite trail. Have lunch in the beautiful marina or hire a speedboat and see the beautiful coastline from the water. You could jump onto an all day cruise from Paphos harbour and have lunch on the boat. Swim in crystal clear Mediterranean waters and if you're lucky you'll see turtles in their natural habitat. Go scuba diving and experience breathing underwater! Akamas Nature Reserve Leave your car or take the bus to the end of the line. Walk through the Akavas Gorge or visit Lara Bay and watch the turtles hatch. This is a protected area so there are no buildings here. Enjoy the breathtaking limestone cliffs that slope gently into the sea and swim into the caves. This is where Cleopatra is rumoured to have dipped her toes into the ocean!
How to get there
Paphos is the nearest airport (approx 15km). A car is not essential because of the great location. However, here are directions if you do decide to hire a car. (Most rental car companies are available - i.e. Budget etc) From Paphos airport take the A6 to the Kato Paphos Tourist Area. Head towards the coast and at the Amathus Hotel, take the coast road heading towards the Port. Limnaria Gardens is just off the coast rd. The road to the complex is just opposite the Alexander the Great Hotel. Because of the great location, a car is not essential, unless you want to explore the island and the Troodos Mountains.

-We would ask for a deposit of 65GBP to be sent via a cheque to our address. A stamped addressed envelope should also be included. This will not be cashed unless the property is damaged or the client cancels, in which case the cheque becomes nonrefundable. If on leaving the property, everything is as it should be, the cheque will be returned in the stamped addressed envelope already provided by the client. -We would request that the full balance be paid within 2 months prior to travel. -Extra nights after one week will be negotiable and will be charged at a lower rate than the nightly rate. -A welcome basket of essential items can also be arranged for a small cost. -The apartment comes with linen and towels and these can be changed for a small extra cost. -Please note there will be some finishing off of the complex, such as planting and the heated pool etc. to complete.
