This two bedroom townhouse has been furnished to an exceedingly high standard throughout with every amenity provided for your comfort and enjoyment. An exceptionally large comfortable lounge leads on to an extensive private patio area which provides access to the gardens, pool and club bar. A separate fully fitted kitchen incorporates everything required by even the most demanding cook. The beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor comprising fully tiled bathroom and two extensive bedrooms each with their own private balconies.

The Paphos District

Paphos is situated in the western peninsular of the island and is only 15 minutes drive from the airport. Cyprus is surrounded by the warm mediterranean sea, making it ideal for sun worshipers and water sports. Restaurants by the harbour serve fresh seafood and the lively bars and disco's in Bar Street go on until the early hours of the morning. Within a short stroll from Queens Gardens you will find many good and varied restaurants situated in Tomb of the Kings Road


Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area

This exclusive development is situated in the Tomb of the Kings Road and is in the heart of Kato Paphos, central to all facilities. The Aphodite's water park and go-carting are 8 -10 minutes away by car.

Local municipal beach is only 10 minutes walk and the harbour is 8 minutes from the main entrance. A 10 minute walk will take you to the tourist centre, restaurants, shops and bars. There are regular air-conditioned buses (every 10 minutes) from the nearby bus stop to the market, old Paphos shops, banks, waterparks, harbour, tourist centre and Coral Bay.

Paphos is popular and appealing to both, young and old, which is understandable because the weather is fantastic, scenery stunning and the Cypriot people truly welcoming. There are glorious sun-soaked beaches, an excellent night life and a variety of beautiful restaurants. English is widely spoken and cars drive on the left, as in the UK.

The 3 Paphos golf courses are all within 15-20 minutes drive.

The fully air conditioned house provides all the facilities necessary to have an enjoyable and relaxing break in luxurious surroundings. While the downstairs patio provides the perfect location for that alfesco meal, the comfortably furnished upstairs balcony leading from the master bedroom offers the perfect spot for an intimate after dinner drink whilst overlooking the illuminated gardens and fountains.

The design of this development focuses on privacy and revolves around a landscaped central square with fountains, ponds and cupolas. The sizeable outdoor pool is serviced by the private owners' and guest's club with restaurant, bar and gym incorporating sauna and steam room. There is private undercover parking space at the rear entrance to the town house.

To secure booking, a 50% booking fee is required ,with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to letting date.
Bookings made within 4 weeks of departure will require to be paid in full.
No refunds will be given for cancellation.
A refundable breakage deposit of £100.00 will be required 4 weeks before departure which will be returned to you within 14 days pending an on site management report.
If booked for 2 weeks - a mid let linen and laundry change and cleaning of the apartment will be provided free of charge.
Pool towels will be provided for use at the swimming pool,please do not use the towels in the townhouse.
All rates for the townhouse include air conditioning and no under occupancy surcharges.
