About the home

We are pleased to offer our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor garden apt. for holiday rental all year round. This well maintained sought after Complex is set in well tended landscaped gardens, around a beautifully shaped large Swimming pool and children’s paddling pool. Situated in a favoured position in Kato Paphos. (No need for car-hire in this location) The complex is smallish and never over crowded, due to the fact the apartments are all privately owned, there are a selection of Villas/Town houses/and Apartments. The apt. is within an easy flat 10 minute walk to the blue flag municipal beach, with its many water sports and superb beach side restaurant.

The apt. is very suitable for families, having the 2 bathrooms its just ideal, we offer FREE of charge a Cot /Highchair (for the little people in your life) unbreakable beakers, plates, knives/forks etc. and a chest full of inflatables, balls, Armbands, Bats and Balls etc. making the apt. very 'Toddler Friendly'

It is equally suitable for 2 couples to share, as the apt, has a door across the hall way offering maximum privacy for each couple. We are sorry that the Apt. is unsuitable for all boy/girl groups, please contact us to discuss & tell us about yourselves as there are exceptions.

For your further entertainment a DVD player with selection of DVDs, music system with CD's. Two Large Ceiling fans. Smoke alarms fitted. For the winter months there is a Gas fire in the lounge, should you need it.

Bathroom 1: Luxury fully tiled bathroom, with vanity unit set in marble, bath, and shower over the bath, shaver point and WC. Extractor fan.

Bathroom 2: fully tiled, with wash hand basin, there is a good size walk in shower cubicle (for those who cannot manage a bath) and WC. Extractor fan

Paradise Gardens is one of the few developments in Paphos on Mains Drainage!! which makes this a more pleasant experience in the bathroom.

Large Family bedroom with 5ft size bed.

Twin bedroom, 2 single beds, Cot or Z bed can be added to either bedroom, FREE of charge.
Both bedrooms have dimmer switches, lamps, spacious fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, stools and hairdryers. Air-conditioned, Heat reflecting shutters and fly screens are also fitted for your comfort.

The Paphos region

We are walking distance to shops, restaurants, tavernas, bars, beach, banks. Bus stop just outside the Complex, taxi are plentiful and very realistically priced. It is not essential to hire a car, although this would be advantageous, should you wish to explore further a field, to some of the delights of Cyprus, with its rural villages and hospitable locals.
Close to pavement cafes, and the beautiful coastline of Paphos.

The area near the Apt. has a variety of sports on offer: swimming, water skiing, para-gliding, banana boats,speed boats, Jet ski's,Sailing, fishing and scuba diving. Many boat trips also available from the Harbour.
There is also cycling, nature- trails, hiking, walking, tennis, karting, mini golf and Thematic Parks(Aphrodite Water park). a great hit for the children and young at heart.

Horse riding can be done nearby the beach at Geroskiphou.

GOLF: Three championship golf courses, all within 30 minute drive.
Secret Valley Golf Club, situated at ‘Petra tou Romiou’. The legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. 18 hole course. Par 71, measures 6060m.

Golf Driving Range ( 65m to 250m ) opened on coast road between Tomb of the Kings and Coral Bay.
NEW NICK FALDO designed 18 Hole Golf Course now open, at Elea Estate near Geroskipou between Paphos and the Aiport.The Apt. is a short 15 min. drive from this location.

The Kato Paphos / Paradise Gardens area

Paradise Gardens Phase 2, is in a prime location, close to all amenities, which makes it an excellent choice for holidays all year round. Walking distance to the famous Paphos Harbour ( 10 to 15 minute walk, a few minutes by car) with it's fish tavernas and pavement cafes.

Great position for amenities in the Autumn/winter, usually the warmest place in the Med for sunshine late in the year.

World Heritage Sites, Mosaics and Tombs of the Kings.

Paphos Water Park 'Aphrodite', short bus ride (free transfer) bus stop just a few minutes walk.

The apt. Is in an exceptionally good position, for trips out, if you do not want to hire a car, you can book with 'Anesis Tours' it is just a few minutes walk to the coach pick up spot/and return point, you can do day trips to Limassol, Nicosia/Lefkara, Troodos Mountains/Kykkos Monastery, Geroskipou(where they make the ‘Cypriot delight’, Latchi fishing village/Polis, Northern Cyprus/Kyrenia/Bellapais Abbey and Baths of Aphrodite etc. (more details in the apartment)

Nearest mini-market just outside Paradise Gardens Complex, takes just a few minutes walking.

For the ladies who love shopping, there are many shops to choose from, with leather goods, lace, bags, shoes, perfume, Jewellery and much more, all a short walk from the Apt. Also in the Old PaphosTown (a short bus ride) many designer clothes and shoe shops. There is a Marks and Spencers, Next, Body shop and a Debenhams.
We now have the New Paphos Mall, with Costa Coffee, shoe shops, clothes, big supermarket, and Beauty -line with its fantastic range of perfumes and makeup.

Restaurants (walking distance nearest 5 minute walk) there are so many to choose from, nowhere have I ever been, is there so much choice to suit everybody's budget, we have Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Cypriot, Italian,Greek, Lebanese, Brazilian, Fish Tavernas and restaurants with International Cuisine.
For the children there is also a Macdonalds!! and Pizza Hut.

Guests who like visit a Gym, there is access at the Hotel nearby (built by the same developer 'Leptos') there is also a Heated indoor pool, Spa and beauty treatments available. This is a 5 minute walk from our Apt. (price list in the Apartment). Beauty rooms are just outside of Complex.

There are many large hotels where many Weddings are held, we are in an excellent position for all of these, some you can walk too and some a short Taxi ride, these are easy accessible from the Apt. on the Coastal relief road.

The apartment is an straight forward easy drive from Paphos Airport, mainly congestion free motorway. This journey can be done using Taxis or Hire car. We can arrange to pre-book the taxi for you if you wish, however there are Taxis always waiting at the Airports, this should cost no more than 30 Euros each way.
Once your balance is paid an Information pack and Maps of how to find the apartment are sent out to you in good time before your holiday.

The pool and gardens were even better than the pictures very clean, safe & well kept.The use of the owners local mobile which we used for our enjoyable stay was indeed a great idea.The location also was exactly what is stated a short walk to fantastic bars & restaurants.Tony and Sue were full of tips and advice and this made for the ideal break, we would definitely use them again.

Not just an apartment but a Home from Home!
A marvellous holiday was had at Sue and Tony's apartment. It started with the meet and greet service at the airport - much better than fighting for a taxi!! The accommodation at the apartment was first class with every amenity provided plus the use of a complimentary mobile phone. What was also very helpful was being able to order some basic food stuffs beforehand and then find them all delivered in the apartment on arrival. The apartment has its own private sitting out area overlooking the swimming pool. FIVE STAR COMFORT
We stayed at this apartment for 12 nights in November 2010. The owners were extremely helpful both ahead of our making a definite booking and on arrival.

The apartment was spotless, and contained everything to make our stay really fantastic, including use of a local mobile phone, access to the internet, air conditioning, freezer, etc. The provision of beach towels was particularly welcomed!

The complex was very quiet (but it was a quiet time of year and we like quiet!) and well positioned close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and the sea).

Other nice aspects to this property were the very spacious rooms, plenty of clean wardrobe and drawer space and a safe.

I’m not sure I can think of one thing that would have made our stay any better or more comfortable.

Additionally, I am a powered wheelchair user (able to walk short distances though), and the property was ideal for me, level throughout with wide doorways.
