A 50% booking fee is required ,Balance to be paid 1 month prior to letting date.Cancellation fee will be charged . A breakages fee of £100.00 will be taken on booking date and after a 2 week period from date of departure will be returned once confirmation is found that there are no breakages and an inventory has been taken.
