Centrally located, our air-conditioned, 2 bedroom first floor apartment has been stylishly furnished to offer you a very comfortable holiday home. Great attention has been paid to detail to make this an apartment for the discerning holiday maker or winter sun-seeker looking for that something extra.
Situated in the popular Kato Paphos area, Aphrodite Gardens is a small, select, gated development of only 32 apartments with attractive gardens and a communal pool. Located only 10 minutes walk from the pedestrianised bar and restaurant area, this apartment will appeal to those wanting a quiet, refined base from which to explore the outstanding Paphos district. Our housekeepers live on site and are available to help and advise you.
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with one of the sofas opening into a sprung mattress double bed. There is Freesat TV (all UK channels) a DVD player and mini Hi-Fi (including iPod docking station) with a number of DVD’s and CD’s plus a selection of books and board games. There is a Pay as You Go MOBILE PHONE for guests to use for booking restaurants, taxis etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fan oven, hob,extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer, together with a full range of cutlery, china, glassware and cookware. A Welcome Pack is provided FREE OF CHARGE for your comfort on arrival.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to the balcony where you can dine al fresco overlooking the courtyard garden and pool. We have provided SUNBEDS for you to take to the pool and BEACH TOWELS to save on your luggage space. (Please note the pool is closed from 1st November to 31st March)
One bedroom has twin single beds (which can be pushed together if required) and the other a double bed, all with good quality orthopaedic mattresses. Both bedrooms have ample storage. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The rental includes cleaning and a change of linen at the end of each week. Extra cleaning and/or linen changes can be arranged at a small additional cost. eg in the middle of a one week stay or a second time during a 2 week stay.
The apartment has a safe for you to use.

A couple of hundred metres away is a small supermarket open 16 hours a day 7 days a week selling everything for day to day living, including English newspapers.
There is a larger supermarket about 15 minutes walk away.
At the rear of the apartment block is vehicle access via an electric gate. We have a private parking space adjacent to our outside staircase.
If you don't know Paphos well don't be fooled by other advertisers saying they are only 30 minutes walk from the harbour - they're often miles out of town! We're in a quiet position but you can easily walk to the restaurants and harbour.

We have a no-smoking policy which applies both in the apartment and on the balcony.
As this is a residential complex, you are requested not to use the swimming pool at night.

At the western end of Cyprus, which enjoys in excess of 300 days of sunshine a year, the Paphos District has a wide variety of interest for the holidaymaker. From mountain top monasteries, nature reserves and trails to beaches, golf courses and shopping, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
Centred around the harbour and ancient fort, the World Heritage site of Paphos has stunning Roman mosaics, impressive underground tombs and the mythological site of Aphrodite’s birthplace. There is a wonderful covered market in the old town and more modern shops in Kato Paphos. Along with excellent beaches, a bowling alley, Karting, Sea cruises, Quad Bikes, Jeep Safaris and the Aphrodite Water Park, Paphos will keep all the family entertained. In the evenings enjoy the vibrant nightlife with a variety of restaurants, bars and tavernas.

Fly direct to Paphos International from many UK airports. Taxis are available at the airport for the 20 minute drive to the apartment with prices typically €30. We can arrange "meet and greet" if you wish, via our local contact.
You could also fly to Larnaca airport but this is a 90 minute drive to the apartment. Again we can quote for “meet and greet” if you require.

Having booked via reccomendation and convincing other family members to book the apartment next door you can't help but feel responsible and anxious that the problem lies at your door if all goes wrong and doesn't meet yours and others expectations as in our case there was 8 people to please, ages are 11,13's,17,45,48,50, and 65, the end result is i need not have worried as one family arrived mid-day for the apartment nxt door we arrived later that evening to find lynne had organised our taxi for us (limousine) i hasten to add (no:1 tick in the box) and then the 2nd tick in the box was walking into the wonderful apartment, it truly felt like home form home, a welcoming pack in the fridge plus a wonderful bottle of sparkly (THANKS LYNNE) for my 50th totally unexpected, 3rd tick was everything was catered for in our apartment including space, 4th tick 'THE POOL' there were no pit falls, infact if you had any problems which we didn't you have Christine and Brian (housekeepers) on tap ' what a wonderful couple' we wish you both well. Stayed in this Apartment for four weeks and loved every single day. The Apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and contains everything you could possibly for a short or long stay. The Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the Lounge/ Dining area is very spacious with a comfortable three piece suite and a dining table that will cater for 6 with ease.the Kitchen is fully equipped. A TV with full free view service together with DVD, etc give all home comforts whether you decide to stay in or dine out and there is parking for a car right outside the door. Lynne arranged the pick up from Paphos airport as a car is not necessary unless you want to travel further afield. The bars and restaurants and seafront is only a five minute walk and ten minutes to the harbour. We both had a great stay and have already booked for a return visit for three weeks in November 2011 - would have gone back sooner but it's popularity meant we couldn't get booked in when we was available to go. |

Fabulous apartment, it really does want for nothing, even down to the shopping trolley and cool bag! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Paphos area now.

Most beautiful apartment, you have really thought of everything, spotlessly clean. We had a great week, we’ve been up to Troodos, Omodos, Coral Bay, Laatchi, and Polis. Once again our holiday in this fabulous apartment has been brilliant! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Even though there were 6 of us this time it didn’t phase us at all, the apartment was spacious and extremely comfortable. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next one!!!!

The cost of water and electricity (including air-conditioning) are included.
A refundable security deposit of GBP£100 will be required against breakages, loss of gate remote control etc.
A non-refundable deposit of GBP£100 will be required to secure a booking. This will be deducted from the final account which must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance must be accompanied by payment in full PLUS the GBP£100 security deposit.
