ENTRANCE - The staircase leading up to this 2nd floor apartment is only a short distance from the car parking area, which has a designated space. The front door leads into the open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge and there is a second door adjacent which leads onto a balcony at the rear of the complex.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is open plan, bright and airy and is partially separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. It has been fitted with modern units and granite effect work surfaces. Appliances include electric oven and hob with hood, tall fridge/freezer and washing machine, kettle and toaster. All crockery and cooking utensils are included. A window which looks out onto the balcony area gives natural light and ventilation to the room.
DINING AREA - The dining area is conveniently situated next to the kitchen and is also open plan, next to the lounge. A modern, rectangular table with 6 chairs is situated here for dining. Located in this open plan area is a CD player, along with a selection of CD's for the guests use.
LOUNGE - The lounge looks very welcoming and homely with 2 sofas facing each other, complete with a coffee and side table. A TV is in the room which has Freeview for watching programmes, including many in English with foreign subtitles. There is also a DVD player, along with a selection of DVD's. Here you will also find an air conditioning unit and 2 ceiling fans which service the whole of the open plan area. The sliding patio doors lead out onto the front balcony which overlooks the serene pool area. Here you will find a glass table with 6 chairs for relaxation.
MASTER BEDROOM - Through a small hallway, which leads from the open plan lounge/dining area, the master bedroom is situated to the front of the property, which leads onto its own balcony, at the front of the property, overlooking the pool. The room features a king size bed with 2 side tables, double fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. You will find an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. This bedroom comes with a fully tiled En-suite, including shower, WC and washbasin.
BEDROOM 2 - Next to the master bedroom, you will find a second bedroom which comprises of 2 single beds, double fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. You will also find an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 3 - Further back down the hallway, the third bedroom has a double bed with 2 side tables, double fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. This room also has an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan.
BATHROOM - Situated between bedroom 2 and 3, you will find the bathroom which is fully tiled and comprises of bath, WC and washbasin.

The communal areas are well presented and maintained, with the communal swimming pool surrounded by mature greenery, with colourful flowers. This area is walled for privacy from the public. There is ample space for sun loungers, which are provided and there are communal showers and WC's. The shaded barbeque area has a sink and work surface. The pool, which is 4 x 8 metres, has steps leading in to a shallow area which gradually deepens. The lights around the pool ensure safety in the evening.

The Paphos region
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
In Kato Paphos (in the Archaeological Park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by is the church of St. Paul's Pillar, where St. Paul was tied to. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach. Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, which is famous for its turtles, and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
Heading North by car, you can find the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here, past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
The Kato Paphos / Universal area
The complex is ideally situated for all local tourist attractions which can be reached on foot. There is a diner only a short walk away (5 mins) which is ideal for breakfast and snacks. All the pubs, restaurants and attractions of the aptly named 'Bar Street' can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. Should you hire a car, there is easy access to the main arterial routes that lead from East to West and from South to North, opening up the rest of the island for your visit.
