About the home

The apartment is on a small development called King's Sunset located off the Tomb of the Kings Road.
It is a ground floor spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with the swimming pool outside the front door.
The furnishings are to a very high standard with many home comforts, including towels, beach towels, hair-dryer, hair straighteners, even an electric toothbrush charger! The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout.
There is an information pack inside packed with local information and maps. Just around the corner is a well stocked supermarket which is open 7 days a week where you can buy fresh bread daily

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The lounge/kitchen is open plan with all mod-cons including filtered water cooler, Frappé maker, microwave and easy to use washing machine. DVD player, selection of DVD's, books and games.
Master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes (plenty of hangers), en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the rear garden. Safety deposit box.
Second bedroom consists of two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes, patio door leads onto front terrace with table and chairs for that breakfast in the sunshine.

Further details outdoors:
Fully tiled rear garden is exceptionally large, with circular patio table, parasol and 6 chairs. For those true sun worshippers you also have sole use of the roof terrace allocated to the apartment.
Four sunbeds are allocated to the apartment and can be used by the pool or wheeled round to the back garden for the last of the sun rays in the late afternoon.

The Paphos region

Paphos now has a superb 18-hole Championship Golf Course designed by Nick Faldo – Elea Golf Resort, which is under 20 minutes away from Kings Sunset. Paphos Old Town has an indoor market and many shops such as Marks & Spencers, Mothercare, small designer shops plus many more. Skiing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter is ideal for beginners. Nearby there is the historical Tomb of the Kings and at the Harbour there is Pafos Castle plus many more places of interest awaits!

Within 10 minute walk from the apartment there are many bars and traditional tavernas. Whether your choice is a quite romantic meal or a lively bar with karaoke or live music, there is plenty to choose from. The infamous 'Fat Mammas' restaurant is just 10 minutes walk away. The bustling harbour of Paphos is a 5 minute drive or taxi ride away which is the hub of the town with the famous ‘bar street’, restaurants and shops as well as the picturesque fort. The beautiful beach of Coral Bay is 15 minutes drive away. Four Championship Golf Courses all nearby. Paphos Waterpark, Go-karting, Paintballing, Crazy Golf and Snooker are all nearby.

“Very Homely and accomodating” This apartment was home from home. It was close to all the ameneties, You could manage without a car, there was a local shop and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You could use the bus service for 2 euros or Paphos was a 20 minuted walk to the town. The owner was very helpfulon booking and she had friends looking after it in Cyprus. We would certainly go back to this apartment.
