Further details

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. The full balance plus a refundable £100 security deposit (loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) is payable six weeks in advance of the commencement of your holiday.

For bookings within six weeks of departure the full amount including security deposit is required at the time of booking. The full security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of completion of your holiday, subject to no breakages, loss of keys or damage to the property.

Cleaning is available at any time during your stay, payable locally. For the comfort of all our guests the apartment is non smoking throughout.

Vacating- We ask you to vacate the property by 12 midday. In the event of no follow on bookings, then a later vacation can be arranged at no extra cost.

Bookings- We will reserve a provisional booking at no cost for 3 days to provide the opportunity for you to secure your flights and for your deposit to reach us.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area just a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Paphos and its restaurants and cafes overlooking the picturesque traditional harbour. The old town is a 20 minute walk where the market and a large selection of tavernas and shops can be found. Alternatively there is a bus service which stopssdirectly ouside the complex.

•Paradise Jazz Festival: August/ September attracts a wide range of quality jazz musicians from across Europe.

“Excellent apartment on luxurious complex” Excellently appointed apartment on really nice complex. Very quiet during our stay in March. Just about everything needed is provided (with the exception of a chopping board) Nice balcony overlooking the pool; got sun from around 11am to 4pm during our stay, but this will probably be longer during the season. Nearest shops about 5 minutes walk, about 20 minutes to the main bar/restaurant area, about 25 minutes to the harbour. Taxis readily available using the number in the apartment, and they pick you up outside your entrance within the complex. Taxis to the main bar/restaurant area are uniformly 10 euros irrespective of time of day/night. The owner Julie was helpful answering any questions. Cyprus is a friendly, very safe place to holiday, and this apartment is as good a place as any to stay in.

“Fantastic place...” This is a very nice apartment in a very nice, well maintained complex with two large split level swimming pools surrounded by a burgeoning herb garden. I've stayed in a variety of villas & apartments in Cyprus over the years and believe me this was right up there with the best of them. There's really not much that I can add about the place that hasn't been captured in previous reviews. They describe Elysia Park very well and are wholly accurate. It's a delightful place to spend a holiday and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone. It's worth mentioning also that communications with the owner were excellent. Any queries were answered in a flash and everything went as smooth as silk.

“Fantastic holiday” We had not been to Cyprus before due to my sister getting married there she spent a lot of time searching best places for us to stay, and on her recommendation we booked Elysia Park. The photos of the place showed a luxurious complex and a fantastic apartment that very much catered to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was never too busy and sunbeds were always available. Julie the owner was a pleasure to deal with in booking and her house keeper Sheena was fantastic whilst we were in resort. I would highly recommend this apartment and so would my sister who has been travelling to Cyprus for the last 12 years and she found the place to be of the best standard. We cannot wait to return next year hopefully.

“A fantastic, well equipped apartment” This was our third return to Elysia Park and this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The location over looking the pool is perfect to watch the sun going down from the balcony. The apartment kitchen was well equipped - no need to bring anything with you - cool bags, ice packs there to use. Julie has thought of everything! The apartment was of a very high standard and beautifully furnished. Apartment with in walking distance down to the harbour with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Pay a visit to the Keg and Barrel (off bar street just past Linaker's bar on the left), great hospitality from the South African owners and excellent food served all day. A definite return in the future.

“Beautiful Apartment” I stayed in this apartment with my husband, 2 teenage children and young son. The apartment itself has everything you could ask for when going self catering, they have thought of everything you would need for your holiday and it is furnished to a very high standard. The complex itself was extremely quiet when we stayed there in October- which was exactly what we were looking for. We walked in to Paphos most nights but there was a bus stop outside the apartments that took you to the harbour if needed. I would recommend hiring a car to see the island although Paphos now has a bus station which will take you to Coral Bay and the surrounding area. All in all we had a lovely holiday and we would not hesitate in booking again as the apartment was perfect.

“Amazing... all you could wish for and more!!!” Elysia Park is a nice, relaxed and quite complex which is kept to a high standard. It is a 10 min walk to Bar Street and a further 5 mins to the harbour. Centrally located between the old town, harbour area, and Tomb of the Kings Rd. The pool is large and exceptionally clean and all my children loved being able to go between the upper level, lower level, and also the separate baby pool off to the side of the upper level. There were always sun loungers available and the added benefit of showers bordering the pool. There is also a a nice little play park for the kids on those cooler evenings. Access to the property is very good. There is a lift available for those with buggies, suitcases, or anyone who can't manage the single flight of stairs. The property itself is furnished to a high standard. It is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to make yourself feel as if you are at home (I'll touch on this in a minute). There are two balconies. One to the side of the property and a larger one with a seating area overlooking the pool. I believe the first floor is the ideal location in these apartments. There is a main shower/bathroom and an ensuite shower/bathroom off the main room. Everything is finished to a very good standard. Going back to the apartments contents. There really is everything you could wish for and then some. The apartment is equipped with all the usual appliances like cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc... There is also all the basic crockery you would expect in a holiday rental. Beyond that this apartment really does have everything. There are plastic plates for kids, straws, ice cube trays, plastic ice cube, cocktail shakers and mixers, cake making equipment, a wonderful tower fan, magazines and books, DVDs, video games, board games, maps, matches and candles, pool toys, and so much more... things like this may sound trivial when booking a holiday but it is surprising how many times they come in handy. All in all a wonderful holiday for all the adults and children in the party, young and old. While here I recommend a trip to the Last Castle Restaurant. Not the easiest to access but possibly the most beautiful location I've ever eaten at and food to die for.

“Excellent” Fabulous apartment. The décor and furniture are excellent quality and the kitchen has everything you could want. Brilliant for children with everything from plastic beakers and cups to the wii, DVD's and games. As for the outside, it has a great play area which can be seen from the balcony. The pool area is spacious with plenty of good quality sunbeds. The whole complex is spotlessly clean and well looked after, every day the pool was cleaned, the communal areas were cleaned and the gardens were tended too. As for the general area, there was a good supermarket within 5 minutes' drive, and Paphos harbour was only 10 minutes' drive. Overall excellent apartment and facilities which I would highly recommend.

“A Little Piece Of Heaven on Earth” As a group of 5 fun loving ladies celebrating our 50th birthdays we stayed here in November, the weather was scorching during the day and just warm enough at night time to go out without a jacket. The complex was very peaceful & quiet we virtually had the pool area to ourselves -which was very relaxing-the sunbeds by the pool which was directly below out apartment were soooo comfy, The gardens around the complex and pool had herbs growing ,which was a very nice feature i thought. The complex is conveniently located for the local supermarket which stocked a fantastic selection of fresh foods, and if you do not wish to cook the main street at the harbour catered for any variety of food you may want and a great selection and price range. The apartment far exceeded my expectations as it was spacious and very tastefully furnished & decorated, and although there were 5 of us , certainly never felt overcrowded as some accomodation i have stayed in the past can do. It has a gorgeous lounge, 2 balconies to chill on with fab outdoor furniture -the ideal place for a chilling glass of wine -or 2, Everything you could possibly need was included in the kitchen, the owner has thought of every little detail for your comfort. The only thing missing was an handsome waiter to make a cocktail so we did not have to move-but then again you cant have everything !!!

“Relaxing, Quiet and a Beautiful Appartment” Although Elysia Park is a big complex it is remarkably quiet and relaxing. The swimming pools are divine, very big and good for morning laps or afternoon lying on lilo's or playing water polo. We hired a car and drove to Lanarka, the Troodos Mountains, Polis and saw many of the sights including the Tomb of the Kings, the Mosaics in Pathos itself and many churches and mosques of cultural or historic importance. Next time we will go to Nicosia the capital which is about 2 hours from Pathos. The weather is guaranteed and it was hotter than expected when we went on 5th September 11. The apartment is big, with two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a twin room with plenty of storage, the kitchen is well stocked with quality items and the two balconies were used constantly. I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation and will be booking to go again.

“This apartment had the real "Wow" factor!” The apartment and complex were of a really high standard. Within easy walking of the town center and plenty of food shops near by for all the essentials. Within a short transfer of the airport so that we were and settled in in a short time-No hours of sitting on a bus to get there!! The apartment had a lift too so no struggling with suitcases up the stairs.
