The villa has been built to optimize guest's enjoyment of the spectacular sea-facing views. A walk along a coastal pathway finds you in Paphos Harbour with many restaurants and bars. A few minutes' walk in the opposite direction brings you to the famous Tomb of the Kings road with more restaurants, tavernas and bars plus a regular bus service leading to the Paphos Market and Coral Bay.
This three storey villa is stunningly furnished. On entering on the ground floor you will find an open plan living, dining & kitchen area. The living area has a settee and arm chair plus a coffee table and fire place. For entertainment there is a flat screen television with satellite channels in English, German, Russian, Greek & Dutch. Also provided is a Playstation 3. The dining table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and ironing equipment. The ground floor also has a guest cloakroom.
The first of the three bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor and sports twin beds plus luxury ensuite guest cloakroom and separate shower room. On this level there is a separate living area with a sofa-bed and flat screen television. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, airier and iron facilities. Also you will find a guest cloakroom.
Leading up the stylish marble stairs you will find two bedrooms; both sports double beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, wall mounted flat screen television (linked to the satellite system in the living area). Both bedrooms have a luxury ensuite shower room fully tiled in marble. The master bedroom has sliding patio doors that lead onto a private balcony with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy magnificent views of the villas' private swimming pool and beyond to the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa provides air conditioning for both cooling and heating, safety deposit box, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi Internet access, using your own computer or Wi-Fi enabled device. During the winter months (October to March) underfloor heating can be provided.
Outside there is a large 11.40 x 4.00m private swimming pool which is surrounded by solid wood decking. Here you will find sunbeds, umbrellas and external dining table and six chairs. Also there is a purpose built barbeque area for those who enjoy al-a-fresco dining! The large garden also has a lawn area.
Immediately in front of the development by the beach there is a small bar serving soft drinks and the free use of sunbeds and umbrellas.
Situated on the same development are similar villas which are ideal for the larger parties wishing to holiday together.

The Paphos region
Paphos has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. It was a centre of the cult of Aphrodite and of pre-Hellenic fertility deities.
Aphrodite's legendary birthplace was on this island, where her temple was erected by the Myceneans in the 12th century B.C. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the site is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The mosaics of Nea Paphos are among the most beautiful in the world.
The Kato Paphos area
The area of Kato Paphos is an archaeological paradise for any visitor with sites to be seen such as Paphos Medieval Byzantine Castle, The House of Dionysos and St Paul's Pillar naming just a few.
The tourist area of Kato Paphos stretches along the shoreline and in the picturesque harbour you will find an abundance of restaurants, tavernas, bars, banks and shops. Leading towards the south-west of the harbour you will find the popular area of Tomb of the Kings where you will find all amenities one would require.
The beach resort of Coral Bay is approximately 9 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 2 kilometres drive away. The blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea lap the rugged coastline which overlooks the shipwreck - a well known local landmark.
Although car hire is highly recommended for all our villas to help you make the most of your stay, there is a local bus service that connects Kato Paphos with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay.
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.
The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings is probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Paphos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
There are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 30 minutes drive.
