The Villa is brand new and has a modern feel and comfortable furniture. The lounge is large and full of light. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances such as microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you may need for your stay. The beds are new and very comfortable. The villa is light and airy and has airconditioning in each room (chargable as an extra). There is a television and DVD and a number of books and games for your enjoyment.
Check in can be arranged at any time and booking sare not resticted to specific days or even durations. For example if flights are cheaper a booking can be arranged from a wed to sat over an 11 day stay.

The Paphos District
Paphos is steeped in history with plenty of ancient historic sites to visit - the tomb of the kings, aphrodites rock, the roman mosiacs and much more.
Paphos is also a modern lively place to visit with a vast array of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The old harbour is great for afternoon drinks and snacks as well as evening meals. There are a number of boat and fishing trips that can be taken from the harbour as well as diving excursions.
Kato Paphos area
Kato Paphos is a suburb of Paphos and sits between the seafront and the old town. The old town has a fantastic market that is well worth a visit.
It has the fantastic waterpark and lots of other great family attractions.
There are a number of festivals that take place throughout the year

Further details indoors: There is a large south facing patio at the front of the house which has a six seater table, chairs and parasol. There are also comfortabe sun beds and a hammock on the patio. This patio is ideal for family or romantic meals as it is private and gets the wonderful sunsets in the evening and full sun all day. There are sun blinds for comfort on the two large patio doors leading onto the patio from hte lounge area. There are also two smaller patios on the side and front of the villas as well as balconies from the two front bedrooms.
Further details outdoors: Universal Gardens is a quiet area of Kato Paphos within walking distance of the seafront and Harbour. Here you will find lots of different bars and restaurants offering a wide range of food from a number of countries and to suit different pockets and tastes.
There are a number of interesting historic sites in and around Paphos such as the famous underground Tomb of the Kings and the ancient mosaics.
GOLFING HOLIDAYS: Cyprus boasts 3 championship golf courses, all near Paphos, of which the new Aphrodite Hills course must surely be the star resort.

"The villa is well situated in a quiet area of Paphos, a short walk away from shops and restaurants. We were pleased to find all the comforts of home both in the kitchen and living areas. The walled patio provides an excellent place to relax in privacy in the evenings, to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine as the kids are kept amused watching DVD's. We found the owners representitive in Paphos very friendly and eager to help. We're looking forward to returning next year."
"The Villa is lovely and a home from home environment. It is lovely and peacefull after a hectic day on the beach. The villa is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The owners have put a lot of thought into it and provided extras such as books, games dvds etc for us to enjoy with the kides. The kids loved the daily visit by the ice crean van.
