The apartment features a spacious living room including with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system and pine tables along with two 2-seat leather sofas, one being a sofa-bed.
The patio doors lead onto the private covered balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool. There is plenty of room to take pleasure in shaded relaxation or eating al-fresco at the patio table and chairs, whilst enjoying the view.
The bedroom features a double bed, pine dresser, full length mirror and built-in wardrobes which provide ample space for storage. Access though patio doors from the bedroom lead to the balcony.
Separate from the living area is a fully fitted kitchen featuring a built-in hob and extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and a washing machine for luxury living, with a pine dining table to seat 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything required to try out your culinary skills.
The fully tiled bathroom comprises WC, over-shower and wash basin.
All main rooms feature dual air-conditioning to maintain a comfortable room temperature indoors whatever the time of year.
Bed-linen, bath & hand towels plus beach towels are provided.
Allocated parking is provided.

The Rental Balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday along with a £100 security deposit which will be refunded in full approx. 10 days after your Holiday subject to a satisfactory check following your departure.

The Paphos region
Paphos has more than nine months of sunshine, even the rainy months of December, January and February are warm. This area is an ideal holiday destination for families seeking sunshine and relaxation.
Ayios Neophytos Monastery, famous for its 'Encleistra', Enclosure, carved out of the mountain by the hermit himself, boasts some of the finest Byzantine frescoes of the l2th and l5th centuries. Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery makes its own range of wines using home grown grapes. A small museum dedicated to Archbishop Makarios, first president of Cyprus, is found at Pano Panagia. From here it is a rewarding drive to the majestic Cedar Valley, home of the indigenous Cyprus horned sheep, the moufflon.
Lempa village can be singled out as one with particular historic significance. In its pretty setting near the sea, Lempa's link with prehistory is the site of a chalcolithic settlement. Today the faithful reconstruction of several dwellings, gives an insight into chalcolithic life on the island.
Further north lies a quiet resort, Polis, overlooking the beautiful Chrysochou Bay with its charming fishing refuge of Latsi.
The low-lying scenery around Paphos, much of it cultivated with banana plantations and backed by the foothills of the western Troodos range, has an attractively open quality to it. This is the gateway to the Peninsula of Akamas, a natural wilderness of incredible beauty with breathtaking gorges, spectacular coastlines and enjoyable nature trails.
The charming west coast town of Paphos focuses around an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure crafts.
You can visit the picturesque harbour with its medieval castle, or enjoy a trip on a catamaran or speedboat. If you want to do some souvenir shopping, Paphos is the perfect place for it. Yet there is more to Paphos than that, starting with lovers of archaeology, history and culture will find a wealth of attractions from archaeology, folklore, ethnography or the Byzantine Empire in any of Paphos’ twelve museums. For sports enthusiasts, Paphos offers a variety of water sports and has three golf courses, or you can try horse riding, cycling or hiking in the nearby countryside.
There are all sorts of activities to amuse children in and around Paphos. Right on the seafront is the Aphrodite Waterpark which has plenty of rides and attractions, including the world's largest family rafting ride. Young animal lovers will enjoy the Bird Park, the Donkey Farm or the Ostrich Farm. It's only a fifteen-minute journey to the beautiful beach at Coral Bay, and you can have fun go-karting there too.

"Very good apartment in quiet area"
Apartment is situated in a quiet area walking distance from sea and bars/restaurants. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant almost next to the property. Bus stop to upper city and sea/port nea… More

"Just returned from third lovely stay"
Just returned from third visit to this apartment and once again cannot fault it. Already booked again for October. It has everything you need to self cater if that is what you want. The apartment is set on a friendly complex a mixture of holiday lets and residents.
Pambis Diner is only a 2 minute walk away and also the nearest kiosk. Harbour is only 20 mins. The bus stop is just around the corner for buses to Harbour and waterpark. From harbour buses go to Coral Bay. Nearest Municipal beach only about 15 mins walk. I went to Cyprus just after the banking crisis and can honestly say that it did not affect my holiday in any way.

"Roomy well equipped apartment in a good location"
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment - it was well equipped and in a good location for the local bars and restaurants. The pool and pool area was clean and well tended and we often had the pool to ourselves. Lovely big patio for relaxing after a long hot day!

"very comfortable and spacious with all the mod cons to make you feel at home"
Would certainly use this property again. My fiancee and I had a really great holiday.
A beautiful Island Fantastic sunsets and wonderful people.
The apartment was in a really nice quite part of Paphos although a bit of a trek to the harbor, with is many restaurants and bars.
A car is recommend as the best beach, coral bay beach, is about 8km away. Buses do run there but we found a car is more convenient, also handy for a trip to a big supermarket.
We had a great time........TRY IT.

"Absolutely amazing apartment, spacious with everything we needed"
We have just arrived home from an absolutely amazing week at Marina Complex. Firstly the apartment was beautiful! Much larger than it looks in the photos, especially the kitchen. The air conditioning worked great and really kept us cool but in addition there was 2 large free standing fans. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom really nice.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by a food welcome pack (bread, butter, milk, ham, cheese, cereal), there was also a water cooler which was great for the first day before we went the supermarket. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even had a cool bag which we made use of nearly every day.
The pool was absolutely lovely, clean and plenty of sun beds, could do with a few more large parasols though. The complex was really quiet and peaceful and we spent many nights on the balcony.
We hired a car and landed at 9pm but even in the dark we found the apartment really easily using the directions given and it only took us about 15 minutes. Walking to Kato Paphos took approx. 15 - 20 minutes and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. A two minute walk from the apartment there is Pambis diner which is absolutely lovely food and great for a few drinks in the evening. There is also a shop next to it which had most of what we needed including fresh bread.
There was a TV & DVD player and even DVD's in the cupboard, there was even games in a drawer too. The patio furniture was really comfortable, there was pool towels provided too.
We really loved the freedom of having a car and hired a jeep from Cyprus Car hire. We visited Aprodite's birthplace, Troodos mountains and travelled most of the coast stopping at lots of beautiful beaches such as Coral Bay, Lady's mile, Limassol & Peyia. We took a map with us but the roads were really well signposted.
Overall an amazing holiday with everything we needed, a lovely clean, spacious and quiet apartment ideal for couples but also families too. We are hoping to go back next year with our 3 year old.
