Apartment Olympia is currently undergoing a major refurbishment which will be completed to accept rentals from 1st July 2014.
The refurbishment will include an interior designed granite and high gloss fitted kitchen, a new modern family bathroom and interior designed new furnishings throughout. New internal photos will be posted as soon as they are available.

The Paphos region
Cyprus offers visitors a year round mediteranean warm climate, a friendly hospitable welcome and some of the best preserved Greek World heritage sites to visit among the many attractions that bring guests back to the island year after year.
The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when the temperatures are mid 30s degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsular areas.
The island can be explored easily by car, Cyprus drives on the right and English is the second language. With the boarder open between the North and the South of the island at Nicosia visitors can now travel between the two easily for a day trip or to spend a couple of days and have a two centre holiday.
Paphos and Kato Paphos (literally meaning beside the beach) is the home of many of the most well known world heritage sites which include The Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodites Bath, the Byzantium museum, the famous mosaics and castle in Paphos Harbour all definately worth a visit. Couples and families are well catered for with things to see and do including water parks, Aquarium, bird and reptile parks and a choice of green flag family friendly beaches.
For those looking for activity there is diving, Golf, boat trips, go carting and for the really energetic mountain biking and hiking in the Akamas Peninsular all well worth a visit. Staying the centre of Paphos you don't need a car the buses operate a good route around Paphos and out to popular destinations such as Coral Bay beach. Having a car will enable you to independtly explore the local area and a visit to the Troodos mountains, Polis or Laitchi are all highly reccommended.
For self catering there are hypermarkets stocking local and international food brands aswell as now catering for specialist diets. The local fruit and veg markets are worth a visit and great value and and you can't beat the locally caught fresh fish and seafood.
Cyprus is famous for its meat and fish Meze but also offers a fantastic choice of international restaurants, bars and the famous bar street in the centre of Paphos offers a more lively choice of evening entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment on a small established complex well located for public beach, kiosk, bars and restaurants. There are regular buses to other amenities.

"A fab apartment in a lovely area of Cyprus"
Would recommend this apartment if self catering. Area peaceful and quiet in spring, and temperature comfortable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Only downfall was that the pool was too cold to swim in, but beach just around corner.

"Good value for money and family friendly"
For the price paid it seems unfair to give this apartment only an average rating but I do not feel comfortable giving it a V Good rating either.
Apartment was well stocked and a decent size although the balcony was on the small size. Ir was also a shame that the agent sent us notification of satellite TV in room so we never took a stock of DVDs for evening (being the boring in early type). We also felt the lack of available designated sun loungers a slight concern but luckily we got through the holiday with no concerns (or silly o clock visits to reserve any). Oh and for the unknowing the very loud noise you hear from 6 am is only crickets, not a broken A/C unit as we first thought (you do get used to them)
Above sounds a bit negative but we would say we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would visit Ambrosia Gdns again, although maybe in one with a bigger balcony,
On the plus side the Air Con was very effective, the apartment was comfortable and the pool area is pleasant and family friendly. There are plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants close by, the walk to the beach is no more than 5 minutes and to the harbour it takes no more than 20 minutes (or 5 minutes from nearby bus stop)
