Limnaria Villa was built in 2003/2004 with a large garden and pool facilities for the whole family. It is located in the historic town of Paphos only 5 minutes walk from all the facilities you need during your vacation. Although very centrally located, the area is quiet and peaceful and allows you to enjoy beach life, visit historic sites and have romantic dinners in excellent harbour restaurants. Local markets offering Cyprus specialities are close by.
Villa benefits from a large swimming pool, a beautiful garden & a spacious patio for taking in the late afternoon sun. It is fully equipped for 6 adults with 3 bedrooms with en-suits to master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. The patio has a covered area with table & chairs for dinning out.

When you arrive at the apartment you will be welcomed by our Representative from Cyprus Sands who will be
English-speaking & on hand to answer any questions 24 hours per day.
A welcome pack is with our compliments having milk, tea, sugar, water, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, eggs & bacon, sunflower oil, Toilet rolls. Please let me know if there are any dietary specifications to be aware of. Specific grocery packs and special requests can also be arranged.
Conditions
25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final Balance 8 weeks before arrival.
£100 refundable deposit to be paid with the final balance
The Paphos region
Paphos is the oldest town in Cyprus and often referred to as "Cyprus forgotten pearl". It offers a unique small town atmosphere, a good climate in combination with great archaeological buildings and sites. The picturesque town is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and odorous citrus trees.
The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and natural heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts; the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour.
