About the home

This modern apartment is a great holiday home, offering comfortable accommodation with a spacious living room with T.V, stereo and DVD player with a kitchen/dining area.

This apartment is located on the first floor with access via the spiral staircase. The main bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with all one would need, including a washing machine, toaster, micro wave, kitchen table with four chairs and much more. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.

From the lounge, sliding patio door leads to a nice patio with table & chairs – an ideal place to enjoy most of your meals, sunbathe or just sit, relax and have a drink. The large communal swimming pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing and a well kept garden.

The Paphos region

This super apartment is located on the universal complex of Paphos; you will need a car to get to the local shopping mall, the taverns, bars, kiosks, coffee shops etc.

Paphos town itself is only a 5 minute drive away, where you have the Old Town with markets and The Harbour (Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. In the region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more…

The Kato Paphos / Universal area

Within the Paphos region you have an abundance of facilities, amenities and tourist attractions; just down the road is the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site. There are further ancient mosaics near the harbour. Within easy driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Akamas Peninsula, and Latchi Harbour etc. Also nearby you’ll find the aquarium, ten pin bowling, Bird Park, Reptile Park, beaches, plus much more.
