This first floor two bed apartment has been furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable stay during your holiday. Air conditioning has been installed in the main living area and in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes with dressing table and two bed side cabinets. The twin bedded room adjacent also has fitted wardrobes with dressing table and a bed side cabinet. Both bedrooms are equipped with black out blinds, lamps, clock radios and hairdryers.
The large open plan L shaped living/dining area has two modern sofas. A colour TV, DVD and a SKY satellite receiver have been installed for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you require should you decide to do your own cooking and the modern dining furniture and ambient lighting ensure your meal will be enjoyed in comfort.
The south facing balcony benefits from the sun all day and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool, it has been equipped with table, chairs, parasol, and sun loungers.

There are well maintained gardens and a communal pool exclusively for residents use with poolside showers and toilets. Supermarket s are within a two minute walk and a local taxi office and car hire company is close by. Should you be a fitness fanatic a local gym is within a two minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions and a car is not necessary during your stay, unless you wish to explore the island and its many archeological sites and beautiful villages, in which case the local car hire company can deliver a car to the apartment or have it available for you to pick up at the airport on your arrival.
Each apartment has its own secure car parking location with additional benefit of remote controlled entry gates.

The Paphos region
The sun shines on Cyprus over 340 days a year and the local area is enriched in Greek and Roman architecture. The famous Tomb of Kings can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the apartment and Paphos town center with its local market is no more than a 20 minute walk.
Golfers will be interested to hear that there are three excellent courses, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada, all within 30 minutes drive from the apartment,
The Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
The apartment is close to all the main attractions of Kato Paphos and the town center of Paphos, but is situated in a quiet and exclusive development.
Local attractions include the Water Park, 2 Go Karting tracks, adventure mini golf, Paphos aquarium, the beach, shopping in Paphos town and Market, Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour.
The harbour with its historic fort can be reached within 15 minutes walk and there you can hire speed boats, take a cruise or enjoy local fish restaurants.
Equally in less than ten minutes from the apartment you will find a vast variety of restaurants catering for all tastes. For those looking for some night life there are plenty of bars and nightclubs available in Bar Street which is accessible within ten minutes.
A local supermarket which caters for all your needs is less than two minutes away from the apartment.

Aphrodite Gardens is a small, well designed complex; located within walking distance of many restaurants, the beach and harbour (but not too close to be disturbed by noise in the busy summer months). We thought this apartment was located perfectly within the complex, enabling us to eat breakfast on the sunny balcony most mornings (even in December). The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished. The two large bedrooms had plenty of storage space and all fittings were of a high standard, the kitchen was also well equipped. The owners were extremely helpful, even phoning us just prior to our holiday to check that we were happy with everything, and again a few days after our return. There is an English management company who are able to deal with any problems at all at the complex (we had none). If staying in Paphos again, we would certainly look forward to staying in Tranquil, which is just as the name suggests. Stay here was great. the complex is child friendly, close to bars and restaraunts, yet far enough away from any noise. it's literally 10 mins, even with kids, walk to bars and nightlife. sister also rented an apartment on the complex so our group was 4 adults and 5 kids aged betwen 8-16. something for every body, never had a bad meal in pahos, and varied enough entertainment in the evening to keep them happy!!! can get bus near the apparments for 1 euro to Coral bay, or municial beach at paphos is a 10 min walk. Stuart Taylor emailed us everything we required prior to the visit, and even telephoned to check we understood the directions and access information etc. Had a great time and would certainly recommend staying at the apartment. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to many lovely restaurants and the harbour. Excellent.

This was our second holiday in the apartment and we stayed for three weeks this time.
We feel the apartment is now home from home and we are very comfortable going there. The complex is very peaceful and we enjoyed some lazy days relaxing around the pool in the sunshine. Stewart keeps in touch with us and provides helpful advice and checks we are happy with all the facilities. We will certainly be going back in the future.

The accommodation is excellent and very good value for money. The apartment was a home away from home with all the amenities and facilities which contributed to a great vacation. The apartment is in a quiet location but with the beach and various attractions within walking distance. The owners offer a wonderful service and nothing is too much of a problem for them to arrange. We have just returned from a week in Luise & Stewarts apartment in Paphos, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The south facing balcony was great, we had the sun all day on it and plenty of room for sunbathing, it was wonderful having breakfast on the balcony under the parasol. My husband had a swim every morning in the pool which the apartment overlooks, the gardens were lovely as was the weather very hot for November. When we go back to Cyprus we would certainly return to this apartment if it was available.

We had a fantastic time staying in your apartment. The location was perfect. Quiet, but within easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants shops and harbour. The pool area was very clean and perfect for lazy afternoons. The apartment itself was spotless when we arrived, and contained everything we needed for our stay. My husband, 12 year old daughter and I have just returned from a two week break in Stewart’s apartment in Paphos which was exactly as he said it was. The location is ideal as it is very quiet yet only a ten minute stroll to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is a real home from home and has everything you could want whilst on holiday. The washing machine is a real bonus! The pool is beautiful and more often than not you have it to yourself, the gardens are immaculate and the grounds well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to my friends and if I return to Cyprus in the near future, I will be contacting Stewart again!

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic! It is extremely comfortable and everything you would need is provided for you. The complex is quiet and the balcony a suntrap!
It is extremely well situated for the harbour and the old town and other local amenities.

We had a fantastic stay in your apartment, The apartment was luxurious and very comfortable. Everything was in the apartment that we needed. The location was great, 5-10 mins walk to the town and beach. The balcony was in a superb location overlooking the pool and was large enough for all five of us to be out there at once having a BBQ. The key storage place was great and worked well for us.

I spent 9 weeks from mid Jan to end of March 2009 in the apartment which was a wonderful experience. It is in an ideal area as you can walk to lots of amenities, a car isn’t necessary.
As the apartment is south facing you ‘catch’ the sun all day on the balcony – there is nothing
like sitting on the balcony in January eating your breakfast!!

We found Aphrodite Gardens to be spacious and very comfortable, well-provided – an excellent standard of decoration and furniture - and ideally positioned. The swimming pool also was well-sized.

Really convenient location, and easy to find after a long flight!. Plenty of restaurants, bars and kiosks close by (one kiosk in particular is literally a 30 second walk from the complex), with a lovely restaurant called Apomero just over the road.Spacious patio area, with a good view of the gardens. Inside the furnishings were really comfortable, with the added benefit of satellite TV. Finally, many thanks for the groceries you left, they were very much appreciated!
