This first floor two bed apartment has been furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable stay during your holiday. Air conditioning has been installed in the main living area and both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes with dressing table and two bed side cabinets. The twin bedded room adjacent also has fitted wardrobes with dressing table and a bed side cabinet. Both bedrooms are equipped with black out blinds, lamps, clock radios and hairdryers.
The large open plan L shaped living/dining area has two modern sofas (one which is a bed settee for occasional use if required). A colour TV, DVD and a SKY satellite receiver have been installed for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you require should you decide to do your own cooking and the modern dining furniture and ambient lighting ensures your meal will be enjoyed in comfort.
The south facing balcony benefis from the sun all day and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool, it has been equipped with table, chairs, parasol, and sun loungers.

The Paphos District
The sun shines on Cyprus over 340 days a year and the local area is enriched in Greek and Roman architecture. The famous Tomb of Kings can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the apartment and Paphos town centre with its local market is no more than a 20 minute walk.
Golfers wil be interested to hear that there are three excellent courses, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada, all within 30 minutes drive from the apartment,
Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
The apartment is close to all the main attractions of Kato Paphos and the town centre of Paphos, but is situated in a quiet and exclusive development.
Local attractions include the Water Park, 2 Go Karting tracks, adventure mini golf, Paphos aquarium, the beach, shopping in Paphos town and Market, Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour.
The harbour with its historic fort can be reached within 15 minutes walk and there you can hire speed boats, take a cruise or enjoy local fish restaurants.
Equally in less than ten minutes from the apartment you will find a vast variety of restaurants catering for all tastes. For those looking for some night life there are plenty of bars and nightclubs available in Bar Street which is accessible within ten minutes.
A local supermarket which caters for all your needs is less than two minutes away from the apartment.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Paphos International which has links to all the main UK airports. Both low cost charter flights and regular carriers including EasyJet and British Airways operate flights to Paphos From the airport to the apartment takes less than 20 minutes.

Further details indoors: The apartment has been furnished with top quality furniture and accessories. All bed linen and towels are provided although we ask you to bring your own beach towels. In the lounge you will find two comfortable sofas, coffee table, a TV complete with a DVD and a SKY satellite system.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, sink and wc.
Further details outdoors: There are well maintained gardens and a communal pool exclusively for residents use with poolside showers and toilets. Supermarket s are within a two minute walk and a local taxi office and car hire company is close by. Should you be a fitness fanatic a local gym is within a two minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions and a car is not necassary during your stay, unless you wish to explore the island and its many archealogical sites and beautiful villages, in which case the local car hire company can deliver a car to the apartment or have it avalalbe for you to pick up at the airport on your arrival.
Each apartment has its own secure car parking location with additional benefit of remote controlled entry gates.

We had a fantastic stay in your apartment, The apartment was luxurious and very comfortable. Everything was in the apartment that we needed. The location was great, 5-10 mins walk to the town and beach. The balcony was in a superb location overlooking the pool and was large enough for all five of us to be out there at once having a BBQ. I spent 9 weeks from mid Jan to end of March 2009 in the apartment which was a wonderful experience. It is in an ideal area as you can walk to lots of amenities, a car isn’t necessary. As the apartment is south facing you ‘catch’ the sun all day on the balcony – there is nothing like sitting on the balcony in January eating your breakfast!! We found Aphrodite Gardens to be spacious and very comfortable, well-provided – an excellent standard of decoration and furniture - and ideally positioned. The swimming pool also was well-sized. Really convenient location, and easy to find after a long flight!. Plenty of restaurants, bars and kiosks close by (one kiosk in particular is literally a 30 second walk from the complex), with a lovely restaurant called Apomero just over the road.Spacious patio area, with a good view of the gardens.
