This first floor two bed apartment has been furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable stay during your holiday. Air conditioning has been installed in the main living area and in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes with dressing table and two bed side cabinets. The twin bedded room adjacent also has fitted wardrobes with dressing table and a bed side cabinet. Both bedrooms are equipped with black out blinds, lamps, clock radios and hairdryers.
The large open plan L shaped living/dining area has two modern sofas. A colour TV, DVD and a satellite receiver have been installed for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you require should you decide to do your own cooking and the modern dining furniture and ambient lighting ensure your meal will be enjoyed in comfort.
The south facing balcony benefits from the sun all day and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool, it has been equipped with table, chairs, parasol, and sun loungers.

The apartment has been furnished with top quality furniture and accessories. All bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. In the lounge you will find two comfortable sofas, coffee table, a TV complete with a DVD and a satellite system. We have also provided a local pay as you go mobile phone for use during your stay.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, sink and wc.

There are well maintained gardens and a communal pool exclusively for residents use with poolside showers and toilets. Supermarket s are within a two minute walk and a local taxi office and car hire company is close by. Should you be a fitness fanatic a local gym is within a two minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions and a car is not necessary during your stay, unless you wish to explore the island and its many archeological sites and beautiful villages. Should you wish to hire a car we have a link from our own web site to a UK based company that works with the large global car hire firms. Alternatively there are plenty of car hire companies close by to the apartment that can hire you a car for short periods.
Each apartment has its own secure car parking location accesses via remote controlled gates.

The Paphos region
The sun shines on Cyprus over 340 days a year and the local area is enriched in Greek and Roman architecture. The famous Tomb of Kings can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the apartment and Paphos town center with its local market is no more than a 20 minute walk.
Golfers will be interested to hear that there are three excellent courses, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada, all within 30 minutes drive from the apartment,
The Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
The apartment is close to all the main attractions of Kato Paphos and the town center of Paphos, but is situated in a quiet and exclusive development.
Local attractions include the Water Park, 2 Go Karting tracks, adventure mini golf, Paphos aquarium, the beach, shopping in Paphos town and Market, Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour.
The harbour with its historic fort can be reached within 15 minutes walk and there you can hire speed boats, take a cruise or enjoy local fish restaurants.
Equally in less than ten minutes from the apartment you will find a vast variety of restaurants catering for all tastes. For those looking for some night life there are plenty of bars and nightclubs available in Bar Street which is accessible within ten minutes.
A local supermarket which caters for all your needs is less than two minutes away from the apartment.

We stayed @ Tranquil Aphrodite Gardens Sept/Oct 2012.The apartment is spacious and furniture modern with plenty of storage space without being cluttered. If you want to eat in, The kitchen is well equiped for you too cook a meal. The balcony is quite large with table four chairs & umbrella and room for 2 sunbeds. We spent most of our time on the balcony and had all our meals there if we didn't go out.The complex has a lovely swimming pool & nice gardens and is kept to a high standard.If you have any problems you just go to Brian & Chris the managers who live there and they are very welcoming & helpful. We have already booked again for next year May/June if we had to give marks of a score 1 to 10 we would give it 20 Well done Stewart & Louise. The directions and instructions were clearly marked out which made for a stress free arrival and comfortable stay. Everything in the apartment was clean and exactly as described in the details everything you would need for a relaxing stay the only thing i would say is needed for security of passports is a safe which i have to admit i did miss but having said that i never worried about security on the complex as it always seemed very safe. All the local bars and amenities are within a short walking distance over all a great place to stay and Stuart even phoned before and after our stay to see if all was ok.
