Alina Court is situated in a peaceful location in the Universal district of Kato Paphos.
The complex is made up of 6 apartments with a communal swimming pool, barbecue area and covered parking.
The nearest Kiosk and Restaurant are a 5 minute walk away with the town of Paphos and the Harbour approximately 15 minutes walk.
Apartment # 2 is situated on the ground floor directly in front of the pool. It has a large private terrace on 3 sides of the apartment featuring a wide array of tropical plants, patio furniture and private Jacuzzi.
The apartment has one double bedroom a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, lounge area with entertainment, hairdryer, iron and air conditioning.

The Paphos District

Paphos (or Pafos) is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus where according to legend the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite was born. Wherever one treads in Paphos they come across its glorious history, which dates back thousands of years. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list.
Paphos is now a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus, founded by King Kiniras in 1400 BC. Among the treasures unearthed, are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionyssos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tombs of the Kings, the ancient Odeon Theatre and other places of interest including the various Museums.
Cyprus is warm and dry with a mean annual temperature of 20 degrees making it a perfect all year round destination.

Kato Paphos area

Today Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and focuses around an attractive little harbor whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.
Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere. There are four pebble and sand beaches east of town along the rocky shore, which offer some water sports.

Fly to Paphos Airport - PFO is 15 mins drive from Paphos town

Car hire is available at the airport provided by the following companies Avis, Easy Autos, Argus, Holiday Autos, Auto Europe
There is a shuttle service from the airport

The apartment has it's own gated large private terrace (on the 3 sides of the apartment). The front terrace overlooks the pool, the side and rear terrace have tropical plants, sun loungers, table, chairs, large sun umbrella, a Thai lounge bed and a private 4 seater jacuzzi set to 35 degrees enabling you to sit outside during winter evenings.
There are also exterior soft lighting, Garden lanterns and fairy lights on the fruit trees to create a relaxing atmosphere.
