This luxury apartment (built April 2007) is an ideal place to unwind, relax and a superb base from which to enjoy everything Paphos and the beautiful surrounding area has to offer, only 15 minutes walk to the Harbour/beach and 10 minutes to Bar Street where you will find many Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs.
The Apartment is immaculate throughout and located in a quiet private grove only 200 meters from the local amenities. Fully air conditioned throughout and built to a high standard. There is ample parking but a car is not necessary. Paphos is mostly flat therefore suitable for the elderly and the relaxing type.
The spacious tiled sun terrace features a four seater table and reclining chairs, two sunloungers, sun unbrella and drinks table and is location directly onto the pool. You can roll out of bed straigth into the pool
Outdoor theres a 5m x 12m heated pool and kids pool with underground separated male and female showers, toilets, basins, changing facilities and toilets.

The Paphos District
Southern Cyprus enjoys super weather for most of the year- on average the sun shines for 340 days per year! The coldest period is from December to March, but even then there are many fine days rarely dropping below 15c. During Spring the fields are a spectacle of red and gold as the wild flowers bloom. Summer is long and hot, followed by a very pleasant Autumn, when the sea is still warm enough to swim in.
There are many places to visit, from the archeological treasures of Paphos, the stunning vistas of the mountains, the superb beaches along the coast, the beautiful and protected Akamas Peninsula, to the shops and boutiques of Limassol.
Cyprus is fast becoming one of the most popular holiday destinations for UK holidaymakers and it is also establishing itself as a leading golf holiday destination.

Near to the entrance to the complex is a small supermarket selling more or less everything from toiletries, newspapers, sunglasses, wines & beers etc and is open 7am - 12pm+
Pambis restaurant is located only 150m away offering excellent meals at excellent prices (a meal plus one litre of local wine around £6 per person). PS. Don`t put your fingers in the parrots cage !!!!

Vacating the apartment - Apartment must be vacated by 12:00. If it`s not booked, then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Please enquire when booking.
