The apartment sleeps 5 plus 1 infant (maximum 4 adults), and has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen size/1 twin), 2 shower rooms with large walk in showers (1 en-suite in master bedroom). The outdoor furniture makes the terrace like an extra room where you can chill and relax and take in the weather.
The owner has paid attention to detail, it is attractively furnishied, and your every need is catered for. Feel free to take the ice packs and cool bags to the beach, and use the Ipod dock or select from the large DVD library the film of your choice. We leave sufficient batteries to replace in the remote controls. We also aim to supply enough washing up liquid etc should you decide to eat in. Beach bath and hand towels are supplied as well as hair driers, to save room in your suitcase. These little things can mean a lot.
The ground floor location and large walk-in shower makes it accessible for all ages it has a large terrace with a view of the pool area. The focal point is the swimming pool with ornamental bridge, trees and shrubs. In addition there is a children’s pool. For your peace of mind. There is a local contact for any maintenance issues that may arise.
The property is in a central location, with all areas within easy reach, although it is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle. Visitors usually enjoy the daily visit from the ice cream van.

There is a large lower Terrace with sunloungers provided, the upper terrace has outdoor dining table and chairs with a view of the pool.
the communal area has ample space for sunbathing around the pool, and there are palm trees and umbrellas to provide shade.
There is a childrens paddling pool, and pool side showers
There is also off street parking, and the local ice cream van usually visits the property each afternoon.
It is also a short walk to the local kiosks bakeries and Pambis diner the Rugby Arms, the Apomero Tavern for drinks food or snacks. Bar Street is only a 5 minute walk.

The Paphos region
Paphos is a Unesco World Heritage site, so lots of culture and sightseeing including the Mosaics, St paul's Pillar and the Tomb of the Kings.
There is a waterpark, a bird park and an indoor soft play area, watersports horseriding and other sports available. There is a market in Ktima (Upper Paphos/Old town) and a bus service to the market, waterpark and Coral bay, means a car is not needed.
The Kato Paphos / Universal District area
The beach is 10-12 minute walk, the area is fairly flat, so walking is fairly easy.
There are lots of restaurants to sample all year round, and the harbour is a 12-15 minute walk away.
The nearest restaurants, bakery and kiosks are less than 5 minutes walk
A car is not needed due to the location of the apartment
The nearest golf course is a 10 minute drive away the Elea Golf Club opened in late 2010
