Home description
Our apartment is situated just off the Tomb of the Kings Road in a quiet area. It is within 2 minutes walk of the tavernas, shops, banks and bus route (to the harbour, Coral Bay and the old town). Two major supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk. The local beach is also only 5 minutes away and it is about 15 minutes walk to the harbour area.
This apartment has an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps 1 adult or 2 children (or 2 very friendly adults). A z-bed or travel cot is also available.
There are 2 balconies. One with table and chairs accessed from the lounge and the other with 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella which can be accessed from both bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath with overbath shower and a vanity unit.
There are air-conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms which double as heaters in the winter. There is satellite television with free to view channels.
The apartment has a communal swimming pool in landscaped gardens with a handy toilet and shower block.
Our apartment is like a home from home. We like to spend as many holidays as we can in Paphos and have furnished and equipped it fully with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday.
A local couple look after our apartment and you will be given their phone number as a contact while you are there.

The Paphos District
We have always found the weather in Paphos to be wonderful. In the summer it is hot all day, with evenings warm enough to sit out without even thinking about needing to take a cardie with you. In the spring and autumn it is still very warm during the day and the evenings cool down a little. In the winter you can still find many glorious days of sunshine, warm enough to sunbathe and still pleasant enough to stroll round Paphos with its multitude of historical sites, shops, bars and tavernas.
Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
For those of you who enjoy golf, there are currently 4 golf courses in Cyprus. 3 near Paphos and 1 near Limassol. They are called Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley, Tsada and Vikla. There are many interesting archaeological sites in and around Paphos.
In July Paphos holds a beer festival by the old Fort at the harbour, with many live musical acts.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos Airport, our apartment is about 20 minutes from the airport and transfers can be arranged on request. Transfer is no more than cy£15 each way.

Apartment was fantastic in all aspects. Spacious, clean and very well equipped with all mod cons. The layout of the apartment was excellent, we especially enjoyed the 2 balconies they were very spacious and ideal for sunbathing and dining. The location was also excellent, 2 minutes walk and you were on the main street with lots of bars and restaurants yet still managed to be a quiet location without noise disruption.
First time in Cyprus and could not have chosen a better apartment, quiet yet well positioned with 2 balconies a real bonus. Air conditioning units throughout were hi tech units that worked perfectly.
We found the apartment to be ideally situated, just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, in a very quiet and clean area, but only 3 minutes down to the main road where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and all other amenities. A further short walk of about 15 minutes will bring you to the beautiful harbour area with even more bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well maintained with all amenities and the air conditioning is a godsend. The two spacious balconies for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing are ideal. The pool area is also very spacious, usually quiet and very well maintained with the use of free sunloungers and sun canopies. All in all the ideal apartment for a family of 2 to 4 in an ideal location.
