A smart, stylish, 1 bedroom apartment finished to a high standard in a contemporary style sleeping a maximum of 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) in the “Universal” suburb of Kato Paphos, and 20 minutes drive away from Paphos airport. Perfect for couples and an ideal place to stay to cater for all tastes, the apartment is a 15 minute walk away from the harbour, the beaches and town centre shopping, with the main bars, clubs and restaurants on the famous “Bar Street” being a shorter 10 minute walk away. There is also a diner and a mini-supermarket within 300 yards to eat or buy food and provisions.
The accommodation features a spacious living room including a satellite TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system, along with two 2-seat leather sofas, one being a sofa-bed. Patio doors lead onto the covered balcony where there is plenty of room to relax or the facility to eat al-fresco overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool. The bedroom features twin beds and built in wardrobes and drawer units providing ample storage space, and has window views to the pool area and patio doors opening onto the balcony. (Note that the beds can be made up as 2 singles or a double depending on preference.) A fully fitted kitchen features built-in hob and extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine with a centrepiece dining table to seat four. There is also a luxury bathroom comprising WC, bath with shower over and wash basin, plus a glazed shower screen for your convenience.
All main rooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable room temperature indoors whatever the time of year.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean, and enjoys hot summers and mild winters giving an average of 340 sunshine days per year. A popular destination due to the proximity and convenience for the airport, Paphos has much to offer the visitor on all levels. Sand, sea, blue skies and plentiful beaches offer traditional holiday enjoyment whilst the mountain ranges, wildlife, golf courses and archaeological treasures offer appealing alternatives.
Kato Paphos / Universal Gardens area
Paphos is split into two distinct areas, the old town (Ktima) on the hill being a vibrant market town retaining much of the traditional Cypriot charm and character, whilst the port area of Kato Paphos is distinctly more tourist orientated with an array of bars, clubs and restaurants. The harbour is a wonderful place to relax over lunch and a drink with wonderful views of the coastline and the Mediterranean sea. The Paphos area is served by numerous beaches, the best of which is at Coral Bay, served by a regular bus service and well worth a visit. Watersports are on offer at nearly all the local beaches, including water skiing, parascending and jet skiing. For the golf enthusiast there are 3 championship golf courses all within 20 minutes drive of the resort and each providing a different test of golfing ability. Cultural sites include the Harbour and Medieval Fort, Paphos Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings whilst other places of interest include Aphrodite’s Rock, Kykko Monastery, Akamas National Park and the Troodos Mountains.
How to get there
The apartment complex is a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, with scheduled and charter flights from the UK by British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Excel and Helios plus tour operators including Thomson, Airtours and First Choice. We can arrange for airport transfers to and from the apartment if required. Car hire is available at the airport, though we do recommend arranging prior to departure from the UK. Local taxis are also available.
