Just 2-minutes from the apartment is a small grocery store and bar/ restaurant. The complex is setback 4 or 5 streets from the sea front and is roughly mid-point between the beach Hotels and Tombs of the Kings Road, making this an excellent base for your stay.

This 2-bed ground floor apartment has a double and twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have a full length built-in wardrobes, wall mounted TV and small side table with lamp. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom is modern and convenient, tiled from floor to ceiling and has a large walk in shower with all day long hot water provided by the roofs solar panels.
The kitchen is fully integrated, it is modern, well equipped and offers the following; standing fridge-freezer, washer, oven & hob, microwave, iron, toaster, 6 piece dinner ware and glasses.
The open plan lounge gives easy access to the 5-seat dining table, with the kitchen being just behind this. In the living room there are two comfortable fabric sofas to relax on after those hot days as you get ready for a night out. From here, a sliding patio door opens outside onto a 5-seat table and chairs. Beyond this, there is a raised small bathing area which looks onto the larger communal bathing area and shared swimming pool.

There is a large shared swimming pool in a figure of eight with an arched bridge crossing it in addition to a small child's splash pool. There is plenty of sunbathing space around the pool which is sun soaked all day long.
The ground floor patio is particularly useful for busy families who need to keep an eye on young ones as this gives easy access in and out of the home, and to and from the pool. Behind the property is a parking bay and small perimeter wall away from any main roads.
Rates advertised are fully inclusive of all facilities. A small deposit of £50 secures your stay and the balance requested 10-weeks before departure. We do not ask for a security bond up front. Lastly, taxi transfers are available on request should this be required, payable locally approx 30 EUR.
The Paphos region
Sirena Sunrise is situated in the Unviversal Area, Kato (new) Paphos within a short drive to old Paphos with its traditional markets.
The Kato Paphos / Sirena Sunrise area
Kato Paphos has a municipal beach, harbour and interesting shops and restaurants. A three course set-menu typically costs 15-20 EUR per person, sometimes including wine. International fine dining typically 20 - 25 EUR. A pint of Keo on the sea front costs 2 EUR, on Bar street up to 3.50 EUR.
Aphrodite water park is a 5-minute taxi journey and thoroughly recommended. There has been significant investment in Kato Paphos whatever your type of holiday. Prices remain very competitive to go out, service is personal and friendly without crowds.

Paphos airport is approximately 15-minutes/ 15km by car. We can reserve a taxi to meet your flight if required, paid locally at approx 30 EUR per 4-passengers. Car hire is also available for collection at the airport and travel directions to the apartment provided several weeks before your arrival.
