The apartment is ideal for families with young children as well as couples and comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room. There is lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs.
The living area leads onto a massive private terrace that faces directly onto the main pool with the childrens pool only a stones throw to the right. The massive 70m2 terrace is south facing which attracts maximum sunshine. The terrace is furnished with two tables and chairs and 4 sun loungers. Part of the terrace is covered.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (both doubles) with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a large terrace that overlooks the pool.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.
Limnaria Gardens is ideally positioned so you have best of both worlds, secure quiet road, and within walking distance to all amenities. You can walk along seafront to the harbour or get the bus to Coral Bay or the waterpark. The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property.
Limnaria Gardens has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens pool. There is second smaller pool with jacuzzi. Both pools are surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds.
Additional features of the property include TV with Nilesat, DVD player, free WIFI is available from March until November only, iron and ironing board. Allocated parking is provided. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided
