Large patio doors from the living room lead onto a massive private terrace that faces directly onto the main pool with the second pool only a stones throw to the left. The 50m2 split level terrace is south facing which attracts maximum sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is an electrically operated awning that, if desired, covers the top area of the terrace whilst the lower terrace is purely for sun bathing. This is a fantastic feature as it allows you to sit out on the terrace and have breakfast or lunch without being in direct sunlight.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The bedroom is also fitted with thermostatically controlled radiators for the winter and a ceiling fan. Patio doors from the bedroom lead out to the terrace so there is the option to have these open or fully secured as there are lockable shutters on the patio doors.
The bathroom has a separate power shower and WC.
