New Sept 2005, comfortably furnished to a high standard, and fully equipped for all you would need for a relaxing holiday home from home.
Also new for 2008 season, SKY TV, and improved lighting and furnishings.
Everything you need, towels, bed linen, iron etc, (excluding hairdryer), patio set with reclining chairs and umbrella overlooking pool & gardens, with sunshine on balcony from 9.00 am to sunset.

The Paphos District

Cyprus enjoys one of the healthiest climates in the world, with mild short winters, very pleasant spring and autumn an a long very hot summer.
A drive up to Troodos mountains and to Latchi & Polis are to be highly recommended, along with a shopping trip to Nicosia, which now has alarge shopping mall.


Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area

Paphos has a wealth of greek mythological history, with the stunning mosaics at the archaeological park just 15 mins walk away, and the strange but very interesting 'Tombs of the Kings' 5 minutes drive away are both 'unesco world heritage sites'.
A water park, go-karting, 3 fabulous golf courses within 20 mins drive, the harbour fort and blue flag quality beaches at nearby geroskipou and coral bay, are all worth a visit.
A wealth of nightlife & restaurants to suit all tastes are all within 15 mins walk.


How to get there

Fly into Paphos Airport, 15 minute drive to property, taxi approx £20.00.
Flights through summer period with all big holiday companies, Monarch, flythomascook, thomsonfly, Olympic etc. all year round with BA or Cyprus Airways.
New for the spring of 2008, Easy Jet are now flying low cost to Paphos all year round, from Gatwick and Manchester. Sub £100.00 deals are rare, but deals between £100.00 - £200.00 are now available and are worth grabbing.
Car Hire booked locally can be very good value, but vary price wise, good deals can usually be got at Holidayautos.co.uk.

Tv/dvd/cd player comes with SKYsatellite tv access, loads of wardrobe space, shower over bath, a small security box is also available, and a large stand fan.
Double Sofa bed in lounge, along with a 4 seater dining table inside and a 4 seater balcony table with umbrella, and reclining chairs. A barbecue is also available for use on the balcony.

Further details outdoors:
We have 2 sun loungers with mattresses and lilo's etc for our guests use at the pool, a further communal shower and toilet facility is available next to the pool. We ask you to bring your own towels for use at the pool or beach.
Communal garden areas feature grassed areas with palm trees.
Thereare 2 small mini markets just 150 metres from the apartment for your day to day groceries etc, and also a taxi and car hire office.
A larger more comprehensive supermarket is just 15 minutes walk away.

This is a strictly non smoking apartment which also includes no smoking on the balcony. No lift available, stairs only to apartment on first floor.


Conditions

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required to cover costs of any breakages etc, however this will also act as a non refundable cancellation deposit on the booking.
