This wonderful ground floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay holidays. The kitchen is well equipped & includes a washing machine. There is a dining table & four chairs. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower & shower curtain, a hand wash basin & WC. There is also a mirror & cosmetic shelf. The bedroom has a double bed, is fitted with ample cupboard storage space & leads onto the terrace, as does the lounge where two sofas convert easily into a comfortable double sofa beds, Tv & DVD. **Highchair & cot can be arranged Situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos a car is advised but not necessary. This apartment is perfect for those of you looking to be close to all amenities. The seafront is a pleasant walk away & the many bars & restaurants within walking distance also. More conveniently there is a cafe & a shop opposite. There is a regular bus service between Paphos & Coral Bay, the largest of the popular beaches, they will also take you to the harbour & Old Town.

The Paphos District
This is an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 59 degrees in the winter, rising to an average of 90 degrees in the summer, being ideal for sun worshippers & water sports.
The history dates back to 8000 years BC & there are many places of historical & archaeological interest! This is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Beauty & Love. Many churches contain priceless icons & frescoes, and these are well worth seeking out. The Troodos Mountains rear up to 1,951 metres above sea level at Mount Olympus.
Kato Paphos area
Paphos is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats & pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo & the Pyramids can be arranged from here. Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley. The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski & snowboard in the morning & go down to the beach for the afternoon., to enjoy the water sports which include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding. The Aqua Park is 15 minutes away.
There are 3 golf courses within a short driving distance.
Jeep Safaris are available to the mountains.
Restaurants are plentiful & cater for everyone.
There is a regular bus service between Paphos & Coral Bay, the largest of the popular beaches, they will also take you tothe harbour & Old Town.

* Fly to Paphos International airport - Kato Paphos is approximately 7km & a 15 minute drive from the airport. * Fly to Larnaca airport - transfer time approximately 1hr 30mins. *Cheap flights are available from TRAVELSUPERMARKET.COM, SKYSKANNER. *EASYJET flys from Manchester & London Gatwick. * Charter flights are available from Thomas Cook, First Choice & Airtours * Transfer to & from the airport can be arranged at a cost of 30 euros each way, if required. * Local Taxis from the airport are readily available.
* Car hire can be booked in advance from most major operators such as Avis,www.europcar.co.uk However, if you would like a car for just a few days to see the island, there are a number of agencies within Paphos including Katranis@cytanet.com.cy at very competetive rates.
