Regina Gardens is located just 10 minute's walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the Tomb of the Kings entertainment centre on the west side of Paphos. This is a beautifully kept and peaceful development with a number of residential properties and rented holiday accommodation.
The apartments have easy access to all amenities, including a 24 hr mini-market, Car Hire, Launderette and Bakery. Bars & Restaurants are but a short walk away with now a coastal path built to the Medieval Fort and main tourist area.
The Old Town of Paphos is also a short walk away with its charming shops, fruit & vegetable market and historical attractions. Paphos is a World Heritage Site, complete with the Tomb of the Kings burial site, Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Rock), Kourion, Paphos Odeon & Mosaics.

These apartments benefit from a beautifully kept outdoor communal pool with an adjacent 'kiddies pool' to the side. Leading from the Living Room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, both furnished with a table & chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With a double and one twin bedroom apartment, together with a one bedroom apartment, these apartments are ideally located to accommodate two families holidaying together or an opportunity to holiday with parents or grandparents.
The One bedroom property has a double sized balcony which will easily accommodate a large family eating and socialising together. These are ideal properties for families that like to spend time with one another, but not to live in each other pockets!

The Paphos region


Paphos was once the Islands Capital. It is a relaxing seaside resort on the South West corner of the island. It enjoys year round sunshine with an average summer temperature of around 35'C and an average winter minimum temperature of 25'C.This is an island of adventure and history, the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite and the gateway to Egypt, Asia and Africa.
An Island of contrasts from the cool pine covered Troodos Mountains to the miles of attractive coastline with golden beaches and crystal clear waters, Cyprus has something for everyone. English is widely spoken across the island and driving is on the left.
The Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area
PAPHOS REGION CATERS FOR EVERYONE: Beautiful peaceful countryside, cosmopolitan resort, great beaches, excellent nightlife and restaurants, historical sites, numerous activities, close to golf courses.
Cyprus is almost guaranteed sunshine every day and so a great time to relax and enjoying all that is there. A choice of sporting activities: golf, mini golf, 'go karting', water sports, fishing and hiking. A big water park for the kids and a bird sanctuary too.
COAST/BEACHES: The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walk, or alternatively you can take a short bus/car journey to Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beach with their golden sands. Further out are numerous secluded sandy bays and unspoilt beaches of the Akamas Peninsular.
GOLF: 3 top quality 18 hole courses within easy driving distance open all year round. Tsada; stunning scenery, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secret Valley; Dramatic sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite; Stunning views of the sea and excellent clubhouse.
SKIING: Between January and March at Mount Olympus, one hour’s drive. 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants.
SHOPPING: Bustling centres have everything from local handicrafts to designer labels.
NIGHTLIFE: Enjoy a drink and a meal at one of many bars or restaurants. Dance at one of the many nightclubs.
Or just put your feet up and relax with a book by the pool.
PAPHOS has something for everyone, whether sun-seeker, classicist, historian, explorer, nature lover, golfer, sports enthusiast or for a relaxing romantic Greek style holiday with superb scenery.
TOMB OF THE KINGS, Ancient Burial site is walking distance from the Apartment. Local Bars, Tavernas, Restaurants and Mini Supermarkets are also but a few minutes walk away.
DISTANCES: The delightful Harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are 10 minutes bus ride away.
Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive or bus ride.
Limassol, the largest resort is an hour’s drive.
Nicosia and Larnaca are at the centre – about 2 hrs drive.
Trips to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi, can be arranged by the local Tourist Information Office.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, was lovely and clean and spacious and quiet, very relaxing. Lots of great kitchen facilities so you can easily eat in, recommend watching the sunset on the balcony. The complex is nice, 2 pools which is good as one tends to be full of kids! The apartment was just as described everything we needed was there ,nice neigbours good service from the people who looked after our arrival to departure great pool ,clean and well looked after only regret we cant book this year fully booked!! but we will be back ! Steve & David, we have just spent three fabulous weeks in your apartment & oh! What an apartment. It is – everything we could have hoped for and more!! The welcome pack was most appreciated as we arrived late evening and as this is our first visit to Cyprus the ‘info pack’ was invaluable. We did not bother with the car as all essentials (beach, shops, and restaurants) are within walking distance and the local bus service was cheap & dependable if we wanted to go further afield. The balcony is to die for!! When we were at home (and it was so comfortable it felt like home) we almost lived on the balcony. What an asset Mark & Eileen are – always sociable & ready to help if need – a great comfort knowing they are only downstairs. The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
We will require a Booking Deposit of £300 to secure your reservation with the balance payable 10 weeks before your departure. We will also require an additional £300 (refundable) Security Deposit. This deposit is a guard against damages and will be returned to you through an electronic transfer/cheque within 14 working days of your departure. The booking deposit will be forfeit if cancelled within 4 months of departure.
To avoid foreign exchange charges, we will accept payment by direct bank transfer (to either UK or Cypriot Bank), Credit/ Debit Card payments, cheque or PayPal.
Having booked with us, you will receive a full receipt and a reminder to forward the balance 10 weeks prior to you leaving. 4 weeks before departure you will receive, by registered post: your keys together with comprehensive directions from either Paphos or Larnaca Airports to the apartment, an Island/ Paphos Map and handy hints for your stay.
Special Offers for 2010: 5% Discount off the second weekly rate to guests booking a 14 night stay (10% for three weeks, 15% for 4 weeks): an additional 5% 'Early Bird' discount off the final price if booking confirmed by return. Finally, a 5 discount offered off the following years prices to any returning guest who books within four weeks of their original check out date.
