Kings Resort is a luxury resort in the Tombs of the Kings region of Paphos. The complex has a large heated communal swimming pool with a children’s pool and jacuzzi. It also boasts a fully equipped gymnasium, perfect for a light workout. The fully stocked pool bar is open April-October offeing delicious food all day from breakfast to dinner and creates a lovely atmosphere within the resort
The apartment is fully air conditioned, has 2 spacious balconies both with sea views - the lounge balcony also with a pool view, ideal for the romantic getaway or for a family break.
The nearest shops, tavernas and restaurants are merely a 5 minute stroll away as is the bus stop from which you can reach the lovely Coral Bay with a long sandy beach or the harbour at Kato Paphos which has many beautiful restaurants and cafes along its picturesque promenade with a sunset view in the evening.
Only a few streets away from the peaceful harbour there is an array of lively bars and night clubs if its night-life that you are looking for.

The Paphos region
There are many activities available in both the local area of Paphos and further afield. These include the many historical archaeological sites around Paphos, including Tomb of the Kings and the Mosaics. There is also horse-riding, go-carting, crazy golf, the Aphrodite Water Park and the Paphos Bird Park (a large wildlife park) nearby.
The beautiful and popular Coral Bay beach is just a 15 minute drive along the coast. Water sports and hire of sunloungers and parasols are available. The bus stop close to the apartments also makes reaching Coral Bay easy.
There are 3 golf courses which are all within a 30 minute drive.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Club - 18 hole course, 7288 yards in length, par 71 - handicap required tuition and equipment hire available.
Secret Valley Golf Club - 18 hole course, 6692 yards, par 72 - handicap required tuition and equipment hire available.
Tsada Golf Club - 18 hole course 6789 yards in length, par 72 - tuition and equipment hire available.
Slightly further afield, the Troodos mountains are home to copious amounts of beautiful flora and fauna for those who prefer to embark on nature trails and walks to the waterfalls. You may also come across many traditional villages within the mountains as well as many churches and Orthodox monasteries.
Skiing is possible in the Troodos Mountains in the winter months. The Troodos ski centre is approximately a 1 hour drive inland from Paphos. There are 4 slopes to choose from depending on ability and equipment can be rented.
The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
The nearest beach is the Venus beach which is situated approx 500m away across the Tomb of the Kings Road. The bus stop close to the apartments makes reaching Coral Bay, Paphos Harbour, Paphos old town and the airport easy. In the peak season, it is recommended that you get there early as it can get very busy.
Car hire is not essential as the apartments are close to the key bus routes in the area and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.

*The closest airport is Paphos which is a 25 minute drive from Kings Resort. Larnaca is a 90 minute drive.
* Easyjet, Jet2, Thomas Cook, Thomson & Monarch all fly from various locations as do BA and Cyprus Air,
*There is a bus route from both Paphos and Larnaca airports that travel along the Tomb of the Kings road (less than 5mins walk to the apartment).
*Taxis are readily available from the airport costing approx 35euros although we can arrange taxi transfers at a lower rate.
*There are many car hire companies which operate from the airport, although www.economycarhire.co.uk. usually offers a good deal.

I am very satisfied with this appartment. Everything was clean.Lidl is just around the corner.See is 500m away. Exellent ,clean pool and tasty poolbar.Of course i will return myself and recomend it to my friends!!!

I stayed here with my wife and my brother for four nights as we were attending our friends wedding in Paphos. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Two excellent sized bedrooms, one double, one with two singles. Two separate bathrooms, excellent size open plan lounge, diner, kitchen, as well as balconies off the lounge and bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron and board, fridge/freezer.
Apartment is about a five-ten minute taxi ride down to central Paphos, about 20-30 minutes to the airport. There are local shops/restaurants and a Lidl supermarket a short walk away. There is also a bus stop just a short walk which is very cheap and easy for travelling around.
The communal pool was very clean and quiet at this time of year. The pool bar was excellent for a drink and some food and the staff were extremely helpful in booking taxi's and recommending restaurants.
The main reason we booked this apartment was the excellent price. For the three of us it was much cheaper than any hotels and other apartments that we looked at.
