This apartment is for someone who is looking for a stylish flat with beauiful views. The interior of the one-bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard with marble floors, large storage cupboards in the bedroom, air conditioning throughout and a clean and crisp blue and white theme. The balcony has stunning views of the sea 500 meters away and the pool and palm trees below.
The Kings Palace complex is 500m from the coast, shops, bars, restaurants etc. There is a bus stop directly outside the complex on Tombs of the Kings Road which will take you either into Kato Pafos Harbour area (5 minutes) or to Coral Bay in the opposite direction (10 minutes).

The Paphos District
Paphos is located in the Southwest are of Cyprus and it is a city that includes Roman villas, Byzantine churches and Crusader castles within a few minutes walk of the harbour.
Kato Pafos (the harbour area) is known as the tourist area: it has a mix of bars, restaurants and discos.
The town centre at Ktima is just up the hill and there are a number of sights worth seeing including the covered market and museums.
Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
The Tomb of the Kings area includs a range of bars and restaurants from Greek Tavernas to up-market Chinese and Italien eateries. It is located between the Kato Pafos which is the tourist area and Coral Bay where some of the best beaches on the west coast can be found. There is a frequent bus service to both locations from outside the door.
It is a short drive up to the mountains and it is also easy to drive to Limasol and Larnaca on the new motorway that is almost finished.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos International airport.
By taxi, it is a 15-20 minutes drive away. Taxis from the airport cost CY£15-CY£20 to the Apartment depending on the time of day. There is currently no bus that goes from the airport to the apartment. However, outside the apartment there is a bus stop for regular buses to either Paphos Old Town, Kato Paphos (tourist area) or Coral Bay. In addition, if you book a tour, the tour bus will usually stop outside the apartment to pick up and set down as the apartment complex is directly opposite the 5* Venus Beach Hotel.
Car Rental: available from most of the major operators such as holiday autos and Avis. If you plan to rent a car for the whole holiday, you may find it cheaper to book it before you go. However, if you just need the car for a few days to see the island, it is possible to rent a car from a number of different agencies within Paphos and this may work out cheaper.

Further details indoors: The living/dining room is furnished with two sofas, armchair, TV, DVD, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower/bath and toilet. The water is hot and there is good pressure. The kitchen contans an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine as well all utensils and glasses . The bedroom has a double bed, armchair and several large storage cupboards. The balcony has a Parasol umbrella, chairs and table.
Conditions
No pets allowed. The flat is not suitable for young children as it is on the second floor and there are railings on the balcony.
No smoking in the flat.
A refundable breakages/key deposit of £100 is required ,which will be returned to you following the caretaker's report within 14 days of your return home.
