Fully furnished two bedroomed apartment in Kato Paphos Cyprus. Lounge and master bedroom are air conditioned, the second bedroom has an electric fan. Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and hob unit. The lounge has satellite television showing mainly English programs.
The property is within two minutes walking distance of all amenities (Tombs of the Kings Road) with its multitude of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, yet the property itself is in a quiet, mainly residential area. The Tombs of the Kings is served by a regular and inexpensive bus service to all the tourist centres. The complex has two swimming pools with showers, toilets and sun beds.

The rent for the period 1st November to the 31st March is £125 (€140) per week. During the high season months, April to October THIS HAS BEEN REDUCED TO £195 (€215) PER WEEK. The Paphos District

The property is situated within easy reach of all of the areas of historical interest and close to the Paphos water park. For the golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses in close proximity to Paphos, Aphrodite Hills (PGA Standard) 18km (www.aphroditehills.com), Tsada 15km (www.cyprusgolf.com) and Secret Valley 18km (www.cyprusgolf.com).

Paphos has over 330 days of sunshine per year and in the summer months the sun shines for 12 hours per day. Even in the winter months the temperatures rarely drops below 15C.

The charming west coast town of Paphos focuses around an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.

Paphos nestles In the lee of the Western Troodos Mountains, which add another dimension to this area of scenic beauty. Paphos has an air of holiday charm combined with history, and olden-day elegance is lent to the town by its classical style buildings in the upper part of town which leads to the shopping area. The property owners live in Paphos and can therefore arrange for clients to be met at the airport by a taxi, or alternately they can arrange for a hire car to be collected at Paphos or Larnaca airport, if you want to make your own way, taxis are readily available at the airport without pre-booking.
