Fully furnished two bed roomed apartment in a quiet area of Kato Paphos Cyprus. The complex has two swimming pools with showers, toilets and sun beds.
Lounge and master bedroom are air conditioned, the second bedroom has an electric fan. Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and hob unit. The lounge has satellite TV showing mainly English programs, and also a CD/DVD player.
The property is within five minutes walking distance of all amenities (Tombs of the Kings Road) with its multitude of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, yet the property itself is in a quiet, mainly residential area. There is an excellent bus services, utilising modern vehicles that serves the whole of the Paphos area and surrounding villages. The nearest bus stop is situated 150 metres from the entrance to the complex (either direction), the route number is 617. However, this service only runs from the bus station at 08.00, 09.00,12.30 and 14.30 Monday to Friday and 09.30,10.00,11.00 and 11.30 on Saturday There is a much more frequent bus service available from the Tombs of the Kings road which is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The fare for all routes is €1 one way, €2 for unlimited travel for the day and €10 for unlimited travel for a week. This constitutes outstanding value for money, and provides visitors with an inexpensive way to see rural Cyprus by visiting the outlying villages, whilst also giving them easy and inexpensive travel to all the tourist areas. The timetable varies from route to route, but during the Summer months most routes operate a service every 30 minutes. Almost all routes operate until late evening, but clients can request, when they book their holiday, that a current timetable and route map is available in the apartment upon their arrival. The rates for the apartment for the period 1st November to the 31st March are £180 (€225) per week. During the high season months, April to October the rate is £230 (€290) per week. The owners live permanently in Paphos and can arrange for clients to be met at the airport, arrange competitive rates for car hire and excursions etc. There is also a regular bus service (route 612) every hour, Monday to Sunday from 7.30 to 10.30, 12.00 to 19.00 and 21.30 to 0.30, (summer months) from Paphos airport to the bus station in the Paphos Harbour area, the fare, one way is only €2! The timetable is less frequent during the Winter period from November to April, please ask for further details. Guests can make arrangements to be collected from the Bus Station for a small fee if required.

Your reservation can be provisionally booked until your flights details are confirmed, upon which a £50 deposit is payable. Deposit payments can be made by Credit Card using PayPal. There is a small PayPal surcharge of £2 payable for payments made this way. The balance is payable in cash (Cyprus banks will not accept UK cheques) upon arrival.
The Paphos region
The property is situated within easy reach of all of the areas of historical interest and close to the Paphos water park. For the golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses in close proximity to Paphos, Aphrodite Hills (PGA Standard) 18km (www.aphroditehills.com), Tsada 15km (www.cyprusgolf.com) and Secret Valley 18km (www.cyprusgolf.com).
Paphos has over 330 days of sunshine per year and in the summer months the sun shines for 12 hours per day. Even in the winter months the temperatures rarely drops below 15C.
The charming west coast town of Paphos focuses around an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open-air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft.
Paphos nestles In the lee of the Western Troodos Mountains, which add another dimension to this area of scenic beauty. Paphos has an air of holiday charm combined with history, and olden-day elegance is lent to the town by its classical style buildings in the upper part of town which leads to the shopping area. The lower part of the town - known as Kato Paphos has a life of its own albeit so close by, down near the sea -home of the harbour, the fish tavernas, souvenir shops and several beautiful hotels with important archaeological sites around them.

The property owners live in Paphos and can therefore arrange for clients to be met at the airport by taxi, or alternately they can arrange for a hire car to be collected at Paphos or Larnaca airport. If you want to make your own way, taxis are readily available at the airport without pre-booking. There is also an inexpensive modern bus service (€2 one way!) from Paphos airport to the Harbour, clients can arrange to be collected from there for a small charge. We can also arrange very competitive car hire rates for clients from as little as €12.00 per day (depending on size of car and time of year), minimum hire is usually three days. There is also an excellent bus service, utilising modern buses, serving not only the tourist areas, but also the rural villages of Cyprus. The service from the owners was first-class,could not be faulted. The apartment lived up to the description as on the advert. A lovely setting, quiet and relaxing, with good access to the two well maintained swimming pools. Restuarants, supermarkets and kiosks were all within easy reach, serving the 'self-caterer' vey well. We feel that car hire should be recommended for the more senior of holiday-makers, but the public service transport is cheap and reliable.
