A spacious, airy & well-equipped apartment. Suited to couples or young families

A fully equipped apartment: Kitchen - Oven with ceramic hob, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave and washing machine.

Entertainment: Flat Screen TV with Freesat. DVD & CD players with I-Pod accessability. Large 'Paperback' Library (updated by previous guests) with a variation of fictional subjects.

Accommodation: Comfortable seating. Patio Doors leading out to a spacious balcony (with sea & pool views).

Bedroom: King Size bed with memory mattress. Plenty of wardrobe space with large chest of draws.

Bathroom: Full suite with free flowing shower over bath.

Comfort: All windows & doors have Solar reflective Fly Screens, together with Ceiling fans to all rooms and Air-Conditioning (included in price).

This property is south facing with the sun on the balcony for most of the day. Balcony has shaded areas for reading, eating and for sheltering from the occassional rain!

This property is particularly suited to couples of retirement years owing to its quiet location, lift access, central location and 'walking distance' to local amenities.

Towels & Linen replaced weekly at no extra charge.

All crockery, cutlery, cookware & utensils checked & replaced following any signs of damage or during start of season annual 'spring clean'.

Digital safe also installed to secure your valuables throughout your stay.

A full 'Information Book' is provided (which is regularly updated) to illustrate: reccommeded places to eat, local sites & attractions, places to visit together with information about the apartment.

A (local network) Mobile telephone available for use (to negate the costly calls from a UK mobile) included with price. Top-Up units payable at cost (€5, €10 & €20)

There are two large swimming pools with an adjacent children's paddling pool set in attractive communal gardens. Showers and toilet facilities provided. Two private Sun Loungers (with cushions) are provided at the Communal Pool for your personal use.

The apartment is located centrally with easy access to local amenities. Lidl Supermarket within 400 metets of the apartment, together with a 24 hour 'mini' market situated within 50 meters.

Located on the main Bus route between Paphos Harbour & Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches and local centres.

Easy walking distance to restaurants, banks, shops, pharmacy and 24 Hour Medical Centre.

This apartment is available all year and bookings taken on a 'First Come, First Served' basis.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and is 'non-refundable'.

Balance required 10 weeks before departure date. No refund available within 6 weeks of depature date. Security Deposit payment required at this time.

Services are booked as Packages with discounts available for 2 weeks or more and 'early-bird' booking confirmations.

Bronze Package: Standard Apartment Rentals without additional services.

Silver Package includes: Airport Transfers & Welcome Pack.

Gold Package includes: Aiport Transfers, Welcome Pack & use of private vehicle (Honda HRV - Manual).

Wi-Fi/ Internet access provided at standard for Silver & Gold Packages.

Conditions

£ 200 Security Deposit required with balance payment to cover any breakages or accidents at the property.

If 'Gold package' selected, the Security Deposit will also cover Insurance excess for the vehicle.

Additional discounts available for bookings over 1 week.

Payment may be made by direct payment into UK Bank Account at local branches, Electronic transfers to UK Bank or IBAN transfer to Cyprus.

Prices are for the apartment and not per person.

Silver & Gold Packages relate to airport transfers to & from Paphos International Airport. For transfers to/ from Larnaca International - add £150.00.

Private vehicle hire available to drivers with 2 years driving experience and aged between 23 & 70 years. Copies of Full Driving licence (with Counterfoil), together with Passport required on arrival.

2 sets of golf clubs available for use by guests. Favourable rates at €50 per week, per set & payable locally.

The Paphos region

Paphos was once the Islands Capital. It is a relaxing seaside resort on the South West corner of the island. It enjoys year round sunshine with an average summer temperature of around 35'C and an average winter minimum temperature of 25'C.This is an island of adventure and history, the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite and the gateway to Egypt, Asia and Africa.
An Island of contrasts from the cool pine covered Troodos Mountains to the miles of attractive coastline with golden beaches and crystal clear waters, Cyprus has something for everyone. English is widely spoken across the island and driving is on the left.

The Kato Paphos / Regina Gardens area

PAPHOS REGION CATERS FOR EVERYONE: Beautiful peaceful countryside, cosmopolitan resort, great beaches, excellent nightlife and restaurants, historical sites, numerous activities, close to golf courses.
Cyprus is almost guaranteed sunshine every day and so a great time to relax and enjoying all that is there. A choice of sporting activities: golf, mini golf, 'go karting', water sports, fishing and hiking. A big water park for the kids and a bird sanctuary too.

COAST/BEACHES: The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walk, or alternatively you can take a short bus/car journey to Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beach with their golden sands. Further out are numerous secluded sandy bays and unspoilt beaches of the Akamas Peninsular.

GOLF: 3 top quality 18 hole courses within easy driving distance open all year round. Tsada; stunning scenery, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secret Valley; Dramatic sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite; Stunning views of the sea and excellent clubhouse.

SKIING: Between January and March at Mount Olympus, one hour’s drive. 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants.

SHOPPING: Bustling centres have everything from local handicrafts to designer labels.

NIGHTLIFE: Enjoy a drink and a meal at one of many bars or restaurants. Dance at one of the many nightclubs.
Or just put your feet up and relax with a book by the pool.

PAPHOS has something for everyone, whether sun-seeker, classicist, historian, explorer, nature lover, golfer, sports enthusiast or for a relaxing romantic Greek style holiday with superb scenery.

TOMB OF THE KINGS, Ancient Burial site is walking distance from the Apartment. Local Bars, Tavernas, Restaurants and Mini Supermarkets are also but a few minutes walk away.

DISTANCES: The delightful Harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are 10 minutes bus ride away.
Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive or bus ride.

Limassol, the largest resort is an hour’s drive.
Nicosia and Larnaca are at the centre – about 2 hrs drive.
Trips to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi, can be arranged by the local Tourist Information Office.

Cyprus has two international airports at Lanaca & Paphos. The Apartment is approximately 20 mins from

Paphos Airport and about 1.5 - 2 hrs from Larnaca. A new terminal has now opened at Paphos Airport

“superb apartments” the apartments are excellent well furnished with everything you need there. The complex was lovely and well kept beautiful pool and grounds would suit a young family as the pool area was quiet and safe for young children.Transport is needed if you like to explore the area although it was well serviced by the local buses at two euros for a day pass or 10 euros for the week which is what we did for the first week. Response: Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We have always strived to provide the very best accommodation and facilities for a Self-Catering holiday. Regina Gardens is a lovely location with all amenities close by, so I am delighted that it suited your family needs. The pool is meticulously maintained throughout the year as indeed the gardens and does set the scene for the location of your holiday. I do hope that we shall welcome you again soon and personally, as we shall be living 'on-site' from this December this year. Again, thank you for your comments.

“Very comfortable, modern & spacious apartment” This apartment has everything you need to completely enjoy a relaxing and very comfortable holiday. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need if you wish to take advantage of the self catering facility. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the storage space is more than adequate to accommodate your belongings (the safe was an added advantage). The balcony is huge and the views are great so we were able to watch ours girls in the pool whilst enjoying a drink or two. The private sun loungers by the pool were a real bonus! Mark & Eileen were very helpful and the transfer to and from the airport with Paul were hassel free and very competitive. We had a fantastic holiday and have already re-booked for next summer. Thank you to Steve & David for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Response: Thank you both for your very kind comments. “Top notch accommodation !” We stayed here for a week. The apartment was fantastic - clean, accessible and a home from home with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay ! Everything has been thought of even down to a bookshelf for you to catch up on that holiday reading ! Spacious balcony to sit out on and sunbathe on or eat breakfast/evening meal. The pool is great, literally a minutes walk from the apartment and was very quiet when we were there. The apartment was a 5 minute drive from the old fort, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too as well as a 24 hour mini supermarket. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and would definitely stay there again without hesitation ! Response: Thank you both for your very kind review. “Excellent stay in Paphos” We have just returned from staying at the Regina Gardens - Apt 103, this was a one bedroom apartment with excellent facilities. Great kitchen, home from home comforts and the fabulous king size bed in the master bedroom was just so comfortable. The complex is in a quiet area absolutely fab for a relaxing holiday, all the residents and users of the complex seemed very friendly and the pool is kept spotlessly clean. In fact there are several to choose from. We also used the very comfy sunbeds found on the balcony. Although we did not hire a car as we do like walking we managed to get around the reort and further afield using the bus which is a very reliable service, approximately every 15 mins and so cheap - just 2 euros for an all day pass! The apartment is in a great position and the locals are very friendly and make you feel so welcome. We had some great meals and best places were: Raffles, The Devonshire, Tea for Two and San Marino, Paphos is a great resort and comes well recommended. Third time in Cyprus, but first time in Paphos. We have had a fantastic holiday and want to say thank you to Steve & David for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Regina Gardens is a lovely complex and it is so easy to get around by public transport or on foot. This is definately the best apartmnent we have styed in. Balcony a big plus, overlooking the sea. It is modern, clean and so very much like home! The pool area was lovely and well maintained.This was our first time in Cyprus and we will definately be back next September!! What a lovely apartment, so modern and tastefully furnished. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely place. The balcony is exceptional in size and really made out stay! We shall miss eating out in the evenings and watching the sunsets! An excellently equipped apartment: linen, kitchen equipment, information pack and the much appreciated 'Welcome Pack'.
