The villa is situated on the edge of the Limnaria Gardens complex and has its own swimming pool. Guests also have access to the large walk-in communal swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining seating for 6. This area leads onto a part-covered patio area that is furnished with a table and chairs and four sun loungers.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) on the ground floor. The master bedroom has patio door onto the pool terrace. There is a mezzanine area overlooking the main living area that has a double bed and bedside tables (this area is only suitable for adults who will also use the wardrobes in the downstairs bedrooms).
There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
There is off-road parking.
The villa has a private swimming pool with patio area. Six sun beds are provided.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided
