Limnaria Gardens is a beautiful complex built in 2006/2007 with a large garden and pool facilities for the whole family. It is located in the historic town of Paphos only 5 minutes walk from all the facilities you need during your vacation. Although very centrally located, the area is quiet and peaceful and allows you to enjoy beach-life, visit historic sites and have romantic dinners in excellent harbour restaurants. Local markets offering Cyprus specialities are close by.
Limnaria Gardens benefits from two large swimming pool one heated & one unheated, a special shallow water children's pool, a jacuzzi located in a beautiful garden that can be overlooked from a spacious balcony in the late afternoon sun. The large spacious balcony with sunbeds & BBQ

The apartment has an open plan kitchen lounge & dining area. The living area has access to a westward balcony overlooking the garden and pool & the Sea with sunlight until the evening. All 3 bedrooms are located in a quiet sleeping section separated by an extra door from the living area master bedroom has an en-suite the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom.
All windows have blinds, There are ceiling fans in all the Bedrooms as well as air-conditioning units in all rooms.
The Paphos region
Paphos is the oldest town in Cyprus and often referred to as "Cyprus forgotten pearl". It offers a unique small town atmosphere, a good climate in combination with great archaeological buildings and sites. The picturesque town is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and odorous citrus trees.
The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and natur heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts; the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour, beach promenade and small shops.
The climate in the area is maybe the best in the Mediterranean. Bananas are grown in the Paphos area as the only place in Europe. The average temperature is high as 17 degree C in January and February.
