Home description
A well presented, two bedroom first floor apartment of an open-plan design with master bedroom on an upstairs mezzanine floor overlooking the living area. The second separate bedroom comprises of full size bunk beds and a travel cot is also available.There is a compact, well fitted kitchen and a shower room. The lounge is complete with TV, dvd player and CD player. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge. The complex has sixteen apartments and is well maintained with a shared pool which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is situated only a 5 minute walk to all the main shops, bars and restaurants and a mere 10 minute walk to the picturesque Paphos harbour.

The Paphos District
The island of Cyprus is located in the eastern Mediterranean sea. There are over 340 days of sunshine per year and can make the perfect all year round holiday destination. Paphos is situated in the south western side of the island and has history which dates back over thousands of years. It attracts visitors from near and far. It is the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite - the goddess of love. It has a mixture of culture with ancient enchantment. In Greco-Roman times, Paphos was the island's capital and it is famous for the remains of the Roman Governors palace where extensive, fine mosaics are a major tourist attraction. The Apostle Paul visited the country in the first century. The town of Paphos is also included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.
Kato Paphos / Ibiscus Gardens area
Our apartment is situated in a complex called Ibiscus Gardens which is conveniently located for all amenities and only a five minute walk to the main coastal road. All of Kato Paphos shops, bars, and restaurants are only a short walk away as well as bus stops for the whole of the Paphos area. The picturesque fishing harbour and ancient fort is merely a ten minute walk away. This is the resorts main focal point which you will find lined with open-aired cafes, bars and tavernas and also you can check out the local boat trips. Visit the Tomb of the Kings which are impressive underground tombs which date back to 3rd Century BC. There are over 600 bars and restaurants, numerous shops, waterpark and three championship golf-courses. A visit to the old town with bustling market is well worth a visit. Paphos is situated on a beautiful coast line with numerous beaches and you will find the English speaking locals very friendly and eager to help. Also in Cyprus they drive on the left hand side and you will find that all UK appliances will work without the need of an adapter.

Fly to Paphos Inernational Airport - our apartment is just 15 minutes from the airport Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town There are always lots of local taxis available - with fares no more than £20.00
Car hire is not necessary within Paphos but it will be required if you want to explore the rest of the island

Further details indoors: Unfortunately there is no cooker but we do have a double hob. The apartment comprises of two air-conditioning units - one in the living room and one in the second bedroom. The apartment is suitable for children.
Further details outdoors: Apartment comprises of a large south-facing double balcony overlooking the swimming pool area. The balcony has a table with four chairs and a parasol. The swimming pool is shared with the other 15 apartments within the complex and it is a shaped pool which is cleaned on a daily basis. There is ample space beside the swimming pool for sunbathing and loungeing and there will be sun-beds available for your use. Car parking spaces are available for your use.

We will require a non-refundable £50.00 per week deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure A refundable breakages deposit of £50.00 per week will be required which will be refunded to you upon return of the keys

Strictly no smoking allowed except on the outside balcony Apartment must be vacated by 12.00pm on the day of your departure but we will be flexible where ever possible
