The nearest beach with beautiful sandy coves is close to the Alexander the Great Hotel. Here you can swim safely and take part in water sports. It also has it's own beach bar. From here, you can stroll along the newly completed promenade to the Harbour, or in the opposite direction for approximately 2kms. Further afield, there is a larger beach at Coral Bay (regular bus service).

This property is ideal for a family holiday or those wishing a longer break away from a less favorable climate. Being a terraced house with a modern interior and fully tiled floors, marble staircase and own front door and rear patio doors, this property offers something a bit different from most apartments.

The surrounding communal garden areas are well maintained with discrete on-site 24hr security patrol. Security barrier access prevents entry to unauthorised vehicles. There is parking directly outside the property for one car.

A deposit of £100 is due on booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
If booked after the 6 week period, the full amount is due on booking.
The Paphos region


Iris Village is located in the Universal Area of Kato Paphos and is an ideal tourist destination or for those seeking a longer winter break. It has a very favourable climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year. English is widely spoken and driving is on the left hand side.
There are many areas of historical interest - Aphrodite Baths, Tomb of the Kings, the Fort at the harbour area and the World Heritage site which houses famous mosaics. Trodos Mountains offers opportunities for hill-walking and even ski-ing in the short winter season.
There are three golf courses within easy reach: Aphdorite Hills (PGA Standard); Secret Valley and Tsada. Watersports and fishing are available nearby and the indoor market at the old town is a very popular attraction.
The Kato Paphos / Iris Village area
There are 2 local kiosks (long opening hours) within 300 metres for essentials. Larger supermarkets can be found in both Kato Paphos and the old town. The area towards the harbour has many restaurants and bars of a high standard. The bars here are not too noisy, whilst the Bar Street area caters for those looking for a more lively nightlife. In addition, there are many shops.

Townhouse was very comfortable and had everything you required for a relaxing holiday. loved the Patio Terraces in the lounge area and in the bedrooms. Complex is perfectly situated with easy access to port and old town. Swimming pool is amazing and always plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. Booking was very easy and owners very helpful and informative will definitely book again |
