About the home

The Penthouse Apartment has a large south facing verandah overlooking the award winning, well kept gardens with the sea in the distance. From here most evenings you can see the beautiful sunsets. The verandah faces south so has the sun from about 11am until sunset. (Conversely, the two bedrooms lose the sun at about 10am so are kept cool during the day.) Sunbathing can take place in private on the verandah, by the pool with provided sun loungers or it is 700 meters to the 'Blue Flag' beach, promenade and all amenities.

All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and is fully air-conditioned. All windows are double-glazed with heat-reflecting louvre shutters.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay.

The bathroom has a bath with a powerful shower, vanity unit and wc. Hot water is provided by solar heating that ensures a continuous supply of hot water in the summer. The kitchen area, situated off the large open-plan living/dining area, is fully equipped with fridge, 4 burner, ceramic hob, multi-purpose oven, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, china, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The living room has new contemporary furniture. There is a flat screen 32" HD television that picks up local TV broadcasts (some in English) with an upscaling DVD player that also plays CDs. You can also plug in a hard drive into the USB port on the Digi Box to view movies, pictures, etc..

The two bedrooms (one double with a queen size bed, one twin) are both furnished with double fitted cupboards with plenty of hanging space and drawers.There is a full length mirror and bedside tables with lamps.

The flat is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, clothes dryer for the verandah, bed linen and towels.

The garden area has toilets, showers and changing rooms. Parasols and sun loungers are provided free of charge for guests. There is a sizeable pool with a separate children's paddling pool set in beautifully kept gardens that are lit up at night..

Balcony with patio table and seating for four so alfresco dining in the warm Cyprus evenings is a must. Pool views and relaxing night lights. Tthere are also two sunloungers.

Several Free WiFi hot spotsavaiable including The Rugby Arms (10 minutes walk away). Also LEAP WiFi that you buy a card to access.

The Paphos region

Birthplace of Aphrodite and in Roman times the capital of Cyprus. Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus and is situated on the south west coast. sheltered from the north by the Trodos mountains, it has the healthiest climate in the Mediterranean. Paphos Harbour with its ancient castle, marine and water sports centres, is lined with colourful restaurants serving fresh fish and marine delicacies. Nearby are archaeological sites, rich with antiquities, providing an interest away from the usual - in fact UNESCO has included Paphos on its World Cultural Heritage List.

Minthis Hills close to Tsada 6 miles. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level means that this course is still pleasant to play in the height of summer

Aphrodite Hills 12 miles. An 18 hole standard championship golf course follows the scenic contours of 2 plateau's divided by a ravine.

Elea Golf Resort is an integrated Golf Resort with an 18-hole Championship Golf Course designed by Nick Faldo. The recently completed course is set in the hillside facing south with a view to the sea.

“take us back there now!” We have just returned from a superb holiday in gorgeous Paphos. This apartment was a great base for what made a very memorable holiday. It was like a home from home, very well equipped and comfortable . The kitchen had everything you needed for al fresco dinning on the large suntrap balcony over looking the immaculate gardens in the complex. The Pool was very well maintained and ever so peaceful, sun loungers were a plenty so never needed a worry about early mornings to ensure we had beds! The location was a short pleasant walk into Paphos Harbour, about a 20 minute stroll and had a convinience store 5 minutes away for any essentials. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family . We are planning on returning to Paphos and would choose this apartment to stay in again.

“Excellent apartment in excellent complex” Parasdise Gardens III is surely the best complex in Kato Paphos, quiet but close to beach, town and harbour. Has a fabulous pool set in lovely gardens whcih are well maintained. The apartment is perfect, clean and fully kitted out, and set away from pool so is quiet. Hope to return in the near future.
