This penthouse apartment built by PAFILIA Development, to a very high standard with marbled lobby area, marble staircase, a lift and phone entry. No expense has been spared to furnish and equip this apartment. The lounge has a two and three seater suite, 2 coffee tables, satellite tv, dvd, cd player, there is an extensive dvd and cd library. The dining room has a table with four chairs, sideboard and a double glass sliding door leading onto the large private balcony, with table and chairs to enable dining. The balcony overlooks the fantastic split level swimming pools.
The fully equipped kitchen has fitted cupboards and granite worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, special drinking water tap, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and hairdryer.
The fully tiled bathroom has a full sized bath, shower, w.c., wash basin with illuminated mirror and shaving socket. The water is heated by solar panels or immersion, this apartment has a pressurised water system, for a powerful flow of water for showers etc.
The double bedroom is fitted with a double bed, individual bedside lamps and cabinets, large fitted wardrobes with mirror, full length mirror, hair dryer and hangers. Air-conditiioning units supplied in every room. An electronic security safe permanently fitted for the use of our guests. The twin bedroom has twin beds with bedside light and cabinet, large fitted wardrobes with mirror and hangers. For your safety a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher have been installed. Cot, high chair and children's toys can be supplied free of charge, please enquire when booking.

Transfers can be arranged by us at very competitive rates - 52.00 euros both ways, after 11pm and before 6am 60 euros, payable directly to the driver on first leg of the journey. Balcony view of the main pool which is set on two levels featuring a 3 metre waterfall in the centre (gets the sun most of the day), dotted with palm trees, sun-loungers, parasols and beautiful landscaped gardens, ideal for sun bathing and relaxing. There is also a children's paddling pool, fountain, toilets, showers and changing rooms. Private undercover allocated parking space. There are 4 vehicular entrances and one pedestrian, strictly controlled with electronic barriers, supplementing the exclusivity and tranquility that exists in the Iris complex . Uniformed Patrolled Security on a 24 hour per day basis. Welcome packs are available at a small cost . however, there are two Supermarkets 2 minutes walk away, open 24/7.

Strickly NO SMOKING in the APARTMENT or on the BALCONY. Costs for extra cleaning of walls, curtains etc. will be deducted from refundable deposit. Not more than 4 people plus a baby. Minimum stay - 1 week. CHANGE OVER DAY - The apartment is available from 3 pm on arrival date and must be vacated by 12 noon latest on departure date. Mid stay clean for stays of 10 days or more - 30 Euros Payable to the maid. The apartment is managed by a British team who will meet and greet you on your arrival at the apartment OR for a sum of 52.00 euros (after 6am and before 11pm) transfer you from and to the airport , after 11pm and before 6am the airport transfer will be 60 euros. Beach towels are not supplied, please bring your own. Apartment towels are not to be used by the swimming pool or beach.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance payble 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against breakages, excessive cleaning or loss of keys. Refundable deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure following inspection of the apartment, allowing for any unreasonable loss or damage to the property, linen or furnishings.
