Home description
Our immaculate fully air-conditioned two bedroom / heated ground floor holiday home is available for rental It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer (to keep all your drinks icy cold). An open plan lounge with a 3 seater settee and a double bed settee, TV, Stereo & DVD player and Sky TV. Cot and blow up child's airbed available for extra occupancy. There is also a selection of board games available to keep the children entertained, along with a selection of lilos & rings for the pool.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and two single beds which can be pushed together if you prefer, with top quality orthapaedic mattress’s. The bathroom has a full size bath and shower. We have a private patio area and garden complete with patio set and sun beds with direct access to the pool area. The patio has the added benefit of having the sun on it almost all day all year round. At the rear of the property is our personal parking space with access via electronic gates. We now have a travel cot and a, pop up crib (SPF50)complete with net to keep small babies cool, a Vibrating Bouncy chair with hood, a pop up sun tent (SPF50), a baby walker and a inflatable bed for tiny tots, a portable high chair that adapts to most dining chairs, brand new hooded pushchair, so no need to cart your own around, bottle sterilizer, in fact all the things you would need and expect from an apartment catering for families.
ALL PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON.
A five minute stroll will take you into the heart of Bar Street with its exciting night-life and many restaurants, the nearest beach is only 10 minute walk from the apartment. A leisurely walk in the opposite direction will take you to the harbour area and the Tomb of the Kings. Local bus services run regularly within a 2 minute walk.

The Paphos District
Cyprus enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. The cypriot people are welcoming and English is widely spoken. Cyprus has a very good public bus service,car hire is widely available and they drive on the left as we do in th UK.
Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area
Paphos and its surrounding area is steeeped with historical sites most are within walking distance from the apartment. Paphos old town with its medieval market is well worth a visit where you can barter to your hearts content. Many attractive coastal areas can be found within a short drive for example, Coral Bay with its wonderful beaches, Sea Caves, Lara with its claim to fame where the turtles lay their eggs. Why not just get in the car and drive, you will not be disappointed wherever you go.

Further details indoors: We have installed a safe in the Master Bedroom. Bed linen, cot linen and towels are provided , INCLUDING BEACH TOWELS A mid stay clean or a change of linen can be arranged for small additional fee. WE HAVE A (CYPRUS) MOBILE PHONE FOR YOUR USE, calls to the UK are currently 8p per minute as opposed to 75p per minute For UK Mobiles
Inflatables and buckets and spades are available for guests use. A cooler box is provided should you want take a picnic to the beach also two children's beach chairs complete with parasols to keep the little one shaded.
Further details outdoors: Six comfortable sun beds are supplied for your use. The sun is on the Patio from sun up to very late, all year round, we have provided a parasol for those who wish to be in the shade. There are three local supermarkets which open until the early hours for your groceries, drinks, newspapers etc. The complex consists of only 32 apartments.You can have it all here. Peace and quiet if you want it, or if you have children plenty of room to play.
We have supplied a lock for the patio gate if you need to keep very young children at arms length.

As ours is a residential Complex you are requested not to use the swimming pool at night We do not allow smoking in the apartment although you may smoke on the patio area As there is no life-guard on duty it is strongly recommended you accompany your children in the pool area.
SHORT AND LONG TERM LETS THROUGH WINTER MONTHS WILL BE CONSIDERED, WITH REDUCTIONS FOR UNDER OCCUPANCY.
SORRY BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ALL FEMALE OR ALL MALE CLIENTS DUE TO THE FAMILY ATMOSPHERE ON THIS COMPLEX.
Conditions
Refundable deposit of £150 is required in case of breakages or loss of electronic gate fob and mobile phone.
FOR THEIR SAFETY CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN ALL COMMUNAL AREAS.
