About the home

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, situated in an exclusive complex with beautiful landscaped gardens and communal swimming pool.

This apartment is located on the first floor of this gated complex and a 10-15 minute walk will take you to the harbour, fortress and newly pedestrianised promenade with it's many bars and restaurants.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a contemporary feel. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. The spacious lounge consists of twin black leather settees and light oak furniture with a glass dining table and six chairs. There is a 38" LCD tv with satelite, DVD player with a selection of DVDs as well as Ipod/iphone dock to play your music. The kitchen is fully fitted with fan oven, hob, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer, everything you will need for your stay. The complex operates a small library service where you can borrow books CDs and DVDs throughout your stay.

From the lounge, walk onto the large balcony which has the sun most of the day. There is a patio table and 6 comfortable chairs and parasol.

Bedroom 1 is an en-suite with shower, large fitted wardrobes and a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 also has fitted furniture and a kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and again large fitted wardrobes.

Gated community with allocated car parking and electric gates, Groceries can be ordered and delivered prior to your arrival and are payable to our agents in local currency.

Non-returnable deposit of £100, per weeks stay secures your booking with full payment due six weeks before arrival.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100/week required when full payment is made, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys).
Althougth gated, this complex is close to roads and young children should be supervised.

Single sex parties may be considered if references provided.

The Paphos region

The complex is situated about 200m off the main road from Paphos to Coral Beach on the Tomb of the Kings Road directly behind the centre of Kato Paphos . During Roman times, Paphos was the capital of Cyprus and around almost every corner lies a piece of history. Experience the Byzantine castle on the harbour or the mosaics at the House of Dionysos, that are literally a stone throw away from the harbour. A couple of kilometres along the main road, towards Coral bay, are the burial chambers at the Tomb of the Kings which are approximately a 20 minute walk from Aphrodite Gardens.

The Kato Paphos / Aphrodite Gardens area

Paphos is a Town on the south-west coast of Cyprus. The tourist area known as Kato Paphos centres around the small picturesque harbour. Open air cafes and restaurants line the quayside where you can enjoy a drink or meal and watch the world go by. The colourful fishing boats land their mornings catch just across from the 16th century venetian fortress. Fishing trips and sight seeing tours of the Troodos mountains and Akamas pennisular( nature reserve) are available for those wishing to venture further a field. The restaurants are plentiful and all tastes are catered for. The old town of Paphos or Ktima as the locals call it, is on a hill over looking the sea, the town is a maze of shops from local crafts to the more every day type.

Fights available from most major and local airports to Paphos or if required fly into Larnaca which is about a 90 minute drive away. Cyprus Airways for scheduled flights, Jet2 from Leeds/Bradford and Easyjet from Manchester and Gatwick but check out all the usual website, e.g. Travel Supermarket, Travel Republic, Airfights, to name but a few. Fly into Paphos airport and you have only a 15 minutes drive to the apartment. A taxi from the airport cost around €25 - €35

“Magical” First time we'd been to Cyprus....not disappointed in the least and to stay somewhere that had just about everything made our holiday even more memorable. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, it's clean, comfortable and very convenient. Only a short walk takes you down to the many bars and cafe's, nightclubs and shops plus of course the beautiful harbour I can honestly recommend staying at The Aphrodite Gardens to anyone it's like home from home......Wonderful!!

“Well equipped apartment on small,friendly complex.” Very helpful owners who went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Chris & Brian ,the friendly local representatives, live on the complex and are problem solvers and information suppliers supreme. The harbour, sea front, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the complex and a 10 minute walk will take you to the nearest local bus stop. Best thing about the holiday was the large balcony which had sunshine from early morning until sundown.

“Perfect” Apartment was well appointed, comfortable and short of nothing . Very clean. Large TV, handy air conditioning for hot evenings. Owners were delightful with great help from their representatives who live on same complex nothing was too much trouble we had a few niggles with electricity and TV but they sorted it straight away. The complex is beautiful. It is near a busy road but you got used to the noise. Short walk into Paphos centre and harbour. Good supermarket near front opposite Debenhams.

Just a wee note to tell you that we loved the apartment and our stay once again at Aphrodite Gardens. . We will definitely book again as we all loved the fact that we had our own space and everyone was so friendly. A real home from home!!!! A.M. Aberdeen.

We did indeed have a good holiday, thank you, due in no small part to the quality of your apartment. Other than our own, the double bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. The position of the apartment with regard to the sea front at Kato Paphos was excellent with the casual walk taking no more than 15 minutes,
J.S. Bradford.

We had a great time and the apartment was great, lovely location can't fault it at all and I shall certainly reccomend it to other friends.
