Limnaria Gardens is a beautiful apartment complex built in 2006/2007 with a large garden and pool facilities for the whole family. It is located in the historic town of Paphos only 5 minutes walk from all the facilities you need during your vacation. Although very centrally located, the area is quiet and peaceful and allows you to enjoy beachlife, visit historic sites and have romantic dinners in excellent harbour restaurants. Local markets offering Cyprus specialities are close by.
This ground floor apartment benefits from a large swimming pool, a special shallow water children's pool, a jacuzzi located in a beautiful garden that can be overlooked from a spacious patio in the late afternoon sun. It is fully equipped for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The dining area is close to an open fully equipped kitchen.

The Paphos District
The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and nature heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts; the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour, beach promenade and small shops.
The climate in the area is maybe the best in the Mediterranean. Bananas are grown in the Paphos area as the only place in Europe. The average temperature is high as 17 degree C in January and February.

However, Limnaria Garden residents have access to the neigboring Limnaria Club House and Tennis Courts.The Limnaria shopping arcade is also available nearby with different stores including grocery and fruit/vegetable markets. There are also restaurants in the Limnaria complex.
