Our peaceful location guarantees total privacy yet all the best activities that Phuket has to offer lie less than 10 minutes away. Whether it be beaches, shopping, eating & drinking, cinema or golf that takes your interest you have it all within a 10 minute taxi ride. *Just 4.5km or 10 minutes taxi ride to Patong beach*

Luxuriously furnished throughout with plasma cable TV and wireless internet access. Ground floor has fully equipped modern kitchen with open-plan dining and lounge area. All rooms have unobstructed views of the golf course and surrounding countryside with total privacy as the development is not overlooked by any other building.

The Private Pool is 6m x 6m and is completely screened off from the golf course by plants and trees and screened off from the neighbouring villa to ensure you are not overlooked.

The living area on the ground floor had a door so that toddlers cannot access the stair case.
FOR YOUR CHILDRENS SAFETY WE CAN PROVIDE A CUSTOM MADE BABY GATE TO SEAL OFF THE LIVING AREA FROM THE SWIMMING POOL WHILE THE FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS DOORS ARE OPEN.

We also have a high chair, baby cot and toy box available on request!

Each villa has 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling opening doors, solid wood floors, unobstructed views and total privacy as the development is not overlooked by any other building. Luxuriously furnished throughout with plasma cable TV and wireless internet access. Ground floor has fully equipped modern kitchen with open-plan dining and lounge area leading to a natural stone clad swimming pool with an infinity edge right on to the 15th fairway and unencumbered views.

The Master suite occupies the entire first floor with 2 balconies and study and dressing room. The en-suite bathroom has a deep bath with views across the golf course and beyond plus a separate glass rain shower cubicle and twin basins.

Bedroom 2 & 3 occupy the top floor, both with stunning views, one of which has a huge vaulted ceiling. Internal area of 280M2. Both floors have beautiful solid wood floors.

We are very centrally located, just 10 minutes from the beaches of the west coast, the shopping malls, cinemas, supermarkets and yachting marinas. You could not be in a better location to enjoy all that Phuket has to offer.

It is very popular for walking and cycling (a circuit of about 6km around the lake) and is perfect for picnics or letting the children run around. In the early evening there are stalls selling snacks and drinks.

The Phuket region

Known as the Pearl of the Andaman, it derived much of its former glory and its enormous wealth from tin production, which in Phuket dates back over 500 year. Today, Phuket is the major tourist attraction of Thailand. The surrounding waters contain much varied marine life, and the town is notable for its Sino-Portuguese architecture. It is a very attractive island for sightseeing, with lovely seashores and forested hillsides.

We have an excellent restaurant within walking distance serving European, Thai and Vietnamese food plus a very good restaurant on site at the golf club.

Other restaurants are within a 1-2 minute drive including a new spectacular theatre and dinner show, Phuket Palazzo, an excellent French restaurant and the more relaxed Lemon Tree

Just 2 minute drive away we have a 24 hour store plus a 7-11 store both with a wide range of food, drink and household items.

Phuket Water Ski Cable-ways - An inland water skiing course on a man-made lake. Skiers are pulled round the oval track at speeds of up to 30 kph by overhead cables. Instruction is free for beginners. Located over the hill northeast of Patong at 86/3 Moo 6 Soi Nam Tok Kathu, near Kathu Waterfall, one of the island's most beautiful.

Directions from the airport: Turn left out of Phuket International airport for 25mtrs then right. Continue to the next major set of lights and turn left along route 4026. Follow for 5 KMS until you meet a T junction then turn right along route 402 heading South. Follow this main dual carriageway and once you have crossed a roundabout (Heroins monument) head South for another 5 KMS. to a set of lights with Patong beach signposted to the right.

Turn right here along route 402 for 8-10KMS. Cross the first major intersection with Tesco Lotus on your left hand side. Carry straight on to the next set of lights with Central Festival on your right. Turn right along route 4020 & carry straight on through the next set of lights with 7/11store, on your left. After 150 mtrs. bear left at the next set of lights & carry on through the next set of lights for 2KMS. You will see Phuket country club on the left. Turn in to the entrance & bear right, cross a small bridge and follow the road ahead, up a small slope that bears left along the 14th. fairway and green. Follow this road until you see a sign for The Groves. Turn left through the gate where you will be greeted on your arrival.

Value for money..owner response is very quick. fully equipped kitchware, well-maintained, property is very clean. but little bit far from Patong. Would recommend this for large group of friends

Just back from 3 glorious weeks at The Groves villas on the Phuket Country club. Hubby and I went – he is a golfer and I am not. He went off and chased the ball and I had the pool and villa to myself! Villa is fantastic - it’s a large 3 bed villa and it was perfect. -master bedroom and bathroom are to die for, and it was really handy having a little office with Wi-Fi, lovely finishes with an open plan kitchen that has all the equipment you would need. You can’t fault the guys that run this place – they even had a couple of beers in the fridge after our journey from Abu Dhabi. We were on our own for the first 2 weeks and the villa offered us everything we could want, we had 2 lots of friends join us for the last week and there was plenty of room. The location is good but would advise a car. The town of Kathu does not have much in it but the Groves folks put us onto the best local restaurant (Big chicken) not sure what its really called but food is fantastic – even had take out a couple of nights. Being in the middle of the island it’s a great place to explore everything. Would recommend a car though or you will miss it. Vince - who manages the property is a real character and an amazing resource for where to go and what to do. Villa is close to Patong (10 mins by car) but far enough away from the madness if it’s not your thing (not ours really but interesting for one night). Phuket is much nicer, some fantastic restaurants (Again Vince will sort you out) you must go to China Inn for lunch and there is a lovely shop there with original Burmese antiques. Some of the items in the villa re from there and are lovely and you are buying authentic products. We have tended to go the villa route in recent years mostly for the extra space and privacy they provide and the Groves was no exception, that coupled with the owners willingness to make our trip memorable is well worth recommending it to our friends. Oh and the golf – villa owners will get you discounts, just don’t know if it will help your game! All in all I would totally recommend The Groves, if you are not a golfer don’t be put off it’s a fantastic trendy Thai villa in a brilliant location.

We arrived to be greeted with drinks which helped us relax immediately. The villa was even better than the photos. Loads of space and completely private and very peaceful but with fantastic views. All the rooms were beautifully decorated. We had a very relaxing holiday even though we don't play golf and were not far away from the beaches and shops!

This is a beautiful villa with modern facilities, including a lovely outdoor pool, which was perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. The villa is about 5-10 minutes by car to supermarkets and shopping centres, all of which cater to the local and expat market. We don't play golf, but since other attractions are accessible, it didn't really matter. (We just hopped into the car and off we went!) There was always someone a phone call away to answer questions/solve problems, and we felt very well looked after from beginning to end. The owner was particularly friendly, and on-site representatives were very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and you will too.

Great experience for my first trip to Phuket. The property was well maintained, owner was VERY helpful and friendly, and the location was private. I would definitely recommend this property for those who enjoy their privacy and an occasional round of golf!! Recommend getting the car to help you get around better.

We are happy to recommend this villa. Everything went well from beginning to the end. Villa was in very good condition, like in pictures. Location is good, 5 min to Tesco and little bit longer to Patong. None of our group was a golfer, but what we understood Phuket Country Club is a good course. So, happy to come again and special thanks to "villahost" Vincent.
