The holiday complex of Aloni Court is family owned and managed and comprises 11 one and two bedroom apartments plus 2 maisonettes. The complex was constructed to the highest standards offering spacious modern accommodation overlooking a private swimming pool set in landscape grounds. The on-site club house provides a visitor information centre, meeting place with guest video and book library. It is ideal place for couples and families. Direct access to the two nicest beaches of Paphos: Coral Bay and Polis/Latchi. More than 3000 holiday makers have stayed at Aloni Complex the last 6 years. Prices of 2009 include rich Breakfast every morning.

The Paphos District
This is an all year round holiday destination with 320 days of sunshine every year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 12 degrees in the winter, rising to an average of 36 degrees in the summer, being ideal for sun worshippers & water sports, cycling, walking, nature viewing and many more.
The history dates back to 8000 years BC & there are many places of historical & archaeological interest! This is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Beauty & Love. Many churches contain priceless icons & frescoes, and these are well worth seeking out. The Troodos Mountains rear up to 1,951 metres above sea level at Mount Olympus.
The location of Aloni Court provides easy access (15mins drive) to both the northern and south-western coasts. It is the ideal location for the exploration of the whole area including the Paphos forest and mountains with easy access to the beaches at Coral Bay, St George, Polis and Latchi. There are three 18 hole golf courses within 40mins drive with the newly refurbished Tsada golf course being only 15mins drive away from Kathikas.
Kathikas area
Kathikas village is situated mid-way between Paphos and Polis, in a hilltop location 1800 ft above sea level overlooking the World Heritage area of the Akamas peninsula. The village retains its rural charm and uniquely contains six renowned restaurants which offer a variety of Cypriot and Eastern Mediterranean cuisines at highly competitive prices. The village also has a local supermarket, bank, post office and two small bars which feature internet access and Sky Sports. Aloni Court is located within three minutes walk of the village centre, surrounded by vineyards which support the two award winning Kathikas wineries.
PAPHOS and KATO PAPHOS ----------------------------------------- Paphos is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats & pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo & the Pyramids can be arranged from here. Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley. The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski & snowboard in the morning & go down to the beach for the afternoon., to enjoy the water sports which include water skiing, scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding. Restaurants are plentiful & cater for everyone. There are many internet cafes in the area of Paphos, Kato Paphos and Peyeia - Coral Bay area.

Fly to Paphos International Airport - Kathikas Village 33km & a 35 minutes drive from the airport. Fly to Larnaca Airport - Transfer time is approx. 1hr. 15 mins. "We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing two week stay at the Aloni Apartments located in the picturesque village of Kathikas. We were made to feel very welcome by both Mama and Nana who look after the apartments. Nothing was too much trouble for either ladies who were very helpful and thoughtful. Nana and Mama will also cook you a delicious meal if required. We found the apartments very clean and comfortable equipped with everything that you may need right down to the pegs to hang the laundry. There was a very good selection of videos and books which were complimentary. The gardens were very nice and well maintained with fruit trees (which we were told to eat at will) and many different varieties of rose bushes in full bloom. The pool was a very welcome place to relax and cool down and each afternoon we sat around the pool chatting to the other guests, many who were frequent visitors of the Aloni Apartments. The village itself was very beautiful and only a short walk from the apartments. Most evenings we strolled pleasantly through the village where we were greeted by the locals and many times given fruit and invited in for coffee. The tavernas in the village were also first class for their delicious meals, service and atmosphere. It is very hard to describe the true beauty of the village from the rolling landscape with the vineyards throughout, the traditional stone houses to the ocean that meets the sky. Aloni Apartments management can also supply a hire car if needed. We had a very nice gentleman pick us up from Larnaca Airport and he drove us to his village where he handed the car over to us, not before inviting us in for coffee. For the return trip Demitrios drove us to Larnaca to catch our flight home, talk about service second to none. We would definitely recommend Aloni Apartments for both families or couples just wanting to get away for a relaxing holiday, away from the tourist hype, and to enjoy true Cypriot hospitality.

We think it improves with each visit. The gardens have matured and the terracing is an improvement. The accommodation is first class and is regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard, as are the grounds and the swimming pool. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners or the staff who do their utmost to please all their guests. Car hire through Cydrive is excellent value and the vehicles are of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending these apartments (one or two bedroom) to anyone who wishes to be away from the more hectic tourist areas.
